The parking was not bad at all. I was parked in a parking garage. It seemed really safe and there was an officer riding around from the time that I got out of the car until the time I walked to the front door. The gallery was quiet, with only a few patrons, and the exhibition was stunning and thoughtfully curated. However, the visit felt noticeably impersonal. Throughout our less than 30 minute tour, we were not acknowledged by staff at all. One team member remained fully engaged in conversation with another patron without once extending a greeting, as we toured the main level. Other staff appeared occupied and only responded when we asked a question about viewing the top level. While the exhibit was impressive, the lack of basic courtesy detracted from an otherwise enjoyable visit.
