Bailey is an absolute pleasure to work with! She's professional, concise and communicates quickly. She booked our trip to Cancun and was able to get us exactly what we wanted as far as flights, transportation to and from the airport, and all the amenities for our room. The night before our flight we received a notification from United Airlines (definitely do not recommend United) that our flight would be delayed due to the crew not having enough time to rest, so I messaged Bailey at 10pm and she had our new flights and transportation booked a half hour later.
