There was no sense of urgency in hurrying along my divorce, little to no consistent follow thru for getting required documentative statements and was not very informative throughout the process. They were, however, very consistent in sending bills. I had a number of secretaries contacting me asking for documents that I had already sent and I found over charges that I had to personally ask for them to remove.
