The German/Irishness of it was a weird combination however I still enjoyed the atmosphere which was quaint in size and not a sterotypical irish chain such as O'Neills. They are also one of the few restaurants that serves dry-aged beef, which they dry-age the beef onsite. And call me old, but I've spent more time on my feet on Moloney's then I have at any other bar in Kaiserslautern. Unless you're ready to get there early, or seriously fight for some table space, it's not worth it. I don't drink to get drunk, and I don't like to get rowdy when I drink. Moloney's caters to both. Like a previous reviewer said, you can actually do shots with the owner and staff. For some people that's a great way to have fun and meet people, I have no problems with that.
