If I could give Sarah six stars I would. I was a bit skeptical "ordering" my pup online and giving out my PayPal info but I PROMISE YOU- she's the real deal. She sent me weekly pictures of my basenji pup. I got to watch our little Mango grow every step of the way, which was greatly appreciated. Sarah arranged for Theresa from TNT Transport to hand-deliver my pup as I could not make the drive like I originally intended. Theresa took care of my pup like it was her own and sent me pictures as well. Sarah really cares for her pup and you can tell. Mango came to my house clean and spunky! All she wanted to do was play! We got our basenji as a companion for both my 2 year old and pit bull. Feli (our pit bull) immediately rolled over in submission while the pup licked away. Neither Feli nor Lily (our baby) has let the pup out of their sight. "Awwwww"moment, for sure! Sarah is also the only breeder of blue basenjis in the United States! We have put our name on the list and would not hesitate to purchase our next love from her. Can not wait to do business again in the future! read more

Sarah was wonderful. We got our little Welsh terrier in September of 2015. She was so tiny and so sweet. Sarah was wonderful throughout the entire process. She sent pics when our little Raven was born and sent.pocs of mom and dad. We couldn't wait to get her home. And in true terrier fashion she was stubborn, loud and rambunctious and we wouldn't trade her for the world. We had a great experience. Sarah loves her pups. read more

Nocturnal Kennels breeds a variety of small dogs, including basenjis. I just brought home my first basenji puppy from this kennel, and the whole process was excellent. Sarah (the owner) sent me pictures every week from birth until the adoption. She also was really flexible and accommodating about setting up a time to pick up my puppy. She runs a nice establishment - the dogs have plenty of outdoor space, and sleep in cozy houses with cedar shavings (the smell great and keep pests away!) Everyone seemed clean and healthy. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a basenji. Her dogs obviously adore her and are super sweet and friendly. read more
