My garage torsion spring broke last night. I called them first thing this morning. He is super courteous, kind, communicative, and does not over promise. He said he would be at my house later the same day. I got lucky because I was near their current job and 90 minutes later my garage door torsion spring was fixed. He noticed a faulty installation of the cross bar and fixed that and lubed up my other garage door for no extra charge. Because between the two brothers (Todd and Corey) they have over 30 years experience and they work in tandem, my job only took 15 minutes to complete. They are a well-oiled machine. Todd is the guy you talk to, and Corey is the silent one. Both are very nice. Because my job was actually easier than he thought it would be, he charged me less than initially quoted on the phone. It is so rare to see that kind of honesty and customer care these days with inflation and trouble finding skilled labor. PLEASE NOTE: the phone number to reach them through Yelp will reach them after pressing 1, but it is not a phone number owned by them. Likely it's a Yelp number used to count inbound calls. There real phone number can be found through Apple or Google maps app. For your convenience it is 970-301-2317. Also, the service area shown by Yelp is smaller than their actual service area. I live in SE Fort Collins and they didn't flinch at coming to help me. They went on a call to Loveland after finishing my job. Finally, I have never ever commented on other Yelp reviews, but I really cannot understand any of the 1-star reviews. The one by Mike W is especially suspicious in that he has only written 2 reviews, trashing Grizzly Garage, but fawning over Raynor Garage. Having actually met the Grizzly guys (Todd and Corey), they are not sexist, they are not rude, they are not flaky. They are the exact opposite of those criticisms. I have no affiliation with them, except that after today I am a lifelong loyal fan of theirs. They deserve 6 Yelp stars. Use them, I doubt you'll be disappointed.
