I live in a rural area and the nearest Sephora is almost an hour away. However, Nocibe is in my local shopping center and they have lots of great makeup, hair and skin care, and perfumes from which to choose. The store is located in the E. LeClerc shopping center in Estancarbon. It is well laid out with the makeup at the front of the store, skin and hair care at the back. They had the mascara I wanted and a highlighter stick. Like Sephora, they offer a rewards program where you get double points on your first purchase for signing up. The sales staff made it easy to sign up and also helped me find what I needed. I didn't give 5 stars because they were out of stock of a few things but I was given several suggestions for substitutes. read more
