Nocatee is a master planned community that is considered one of the best-selling areas in the United States. Nocatee practically offers its own "lifestyle" and has almost everything you need located within the Nocatee community or nearby. It is located on the first coast and offers shopping, restaurants, parks, pools, water parks, schools, walking trails, etc. and it's minutes away from the beach. In addition, it is a short drive to Saint Augustine, downtown Jacksonville and the Jacksonville beaches. This is a golf cart community and depending on where you live...you can just drive your golf cart to the grocery, dentist, to a restaurant and so on...that's pretty cool!
