Divine - and this from a person that doesn't like most seafood. I knew the menu going in and still became overwhelmed by what I should order. Thankfully our server was phenomenal ... patient, knowledgeable, understood the small tweaks to make an item better for someone nervous to make a selection. The menu we chose: edamame, spicy scallop roll, chicken, spicy scallop with vegetables, amber beer, and a side of white rice. Our server also brought me the tiniest beef tacos as a gift and he was right - delicious. Reservations can be made online for couples to large parties. Fantastic ambience and noise level. Amazing service from all. I'm so glad we visited.

Every Nobu location I've been to is top notch! This is my first visit to the Las Vegas location. I can't remember our server's name, but he was very knowledgeable and made sure we were taken care of all night. We ordered the following items: Shishito peppers $13. Yellowtail jalapeño $38 Tuna Tataki $38 Albacore Chili Ponzu $40 New style sashimi - Salmon $38 Black cod miso $49 Bento box dessert $20 Everything was delicious! We could have ordered more food. We were still hungry! Bill was $260 (before tip) for me, my husband and 18 year old daughter. Instead we went to Secret Pizza for a slice later that night! Beautiful space! Delicious food!

Came here thinking it was going to be hibachi. Nope. It wasn't. I mean they have hibachi. But, not the hibachi you think. Definitely pricey. The food was good. But I don't think it was worth it for the price they charged. I honestly think this place was way too expensive and really wasn't that impressed. The one thing I can say is that the mushroom soup that we got was definitely good. Had lots of flavor. But, for everything else it was just ok good. Not ok I'll remember this and want to come back. Because after we had left I was hungry half an hour later.

I can finally say I've been to Nobu! This visit was at the Nobu in Caesars.  The atmosphere was dim and intimate--perfect for date nights or a night out with friends. I came for Galentine's, and we ordered a bunch of shareable plates, which made it really fun to try a bit of everything.  The drinks were great, and the food didn't disappoint. The sushi was fresh (as it should be), but the standout for us was the infamous black miso cod--so rich and incredibly tender.  Overall, it was a good experience. Nobu should be a place to for sure try at least once

I've always seen people raving about Nobu so I was so excited to try but I was very disappointed. We made reservations for 8:15pm. The hostess doesn't look at us when we arrive and when we tell her we have a reservation she just looked down and told us to stand on the side. I would have expected a warmer greeting since this is a high end restaurant. We ordered the Yellow tail jalapeño ($33) this was recommended, there was 6 pieces of fish, the fish was good but sauce was very salty (6/10) Albacore chili ($40) better than the yellow tail , also 6 pieces (6.5/10) House special cut roll ($30) pretty good, it look like it had a piece of all the different types of fish inside (7/10) Yellowtail with scallion cut roll ($18) nothing special Shrimp tempera cut roll ($21) exactly what you think they would taste like We ordered a few nigiri pieces - yellowtail belly - salmon - scallop - tuna All were good, each piece was $10-$14 Sauces were an extra charge. Our bill was around $280 and of course we left still hungry. For the price, I was expecting a better service, quality, and overall experience.

Sushi and wagyu tacos

First time ever at the infamous Nobu! Came here on a Friday night so of course had to make reservations. This place just gets so busy on weekends especially being located in a hotel that we still had to wait for a table for a little bit. The ambiance of the place definitely screamed high end but with a more lively vibe. I personally loved it but it was just hard to see the menus. Our sever was amazing and knew the menu really well. The food which is what you came here for was pretty good. Honestly the star of the show is really the wagyu tacos. The only thing is it's like $20 per bite because the tacos were tiiiiny! We also got the jalapeño yellowtail which is what they're known for and I personally think it was good but not worth the money. I feel their sushi was good but can definitely get great sushi at other places at a lesser price..

I'm not sure if I'm out of touch or if the Las Vegas restaurant scene is out of touch, but I left this place disappointed. We came here as a party of 5, ordered a few shared bites, spent over $600 bucks, and were still hungry after! There were still a couple highlights that I would order again: - Beef tenderloin $68 - Black cod miso $49 Despite the flavors of these 2 being great, the overall portions were pretty small and prices high across the board. These prices would be justified at a fancy restaurant with amazing service, but the service here was no better than your average Denny's. Things came out slowly, the server didn't make any chatter beyond taking our order, and he wasn't very warm or personable. (Don't think he smiled the whole time which was weird for a nice restaurant.) Decor also wasn't as upscale or mindblowing as I thought it would be given just how hyped up eating at Nobu is. I'm learning now that the Nobu restaurants that everyone raves about are in Malibu and West Hollywood. Learn from my mistake and go somewhere else if you're on the fence!

We had the Omakase, it was a 7 course meal, it is the chef's choice. You let them know if you have any allergies & if there is anything you don't like. This is a nice leisurely dinner. It is definitely a dinning experience & every dish is explained to you when presented. We had a lychee martini & a flight of sake. If you can ask for Randy D. for your server, top notch service & great personality. Wonderful experience & delicious fresh fish flown from different places where they can get the best fish.

Delicious dinner at Nobu! We started with miso soup and mushroom soup, both were amazing. We also had shrimp tempura, which was flavorful, though not a must-order for us. Since we weren't super hungry, we kept it simple with a tuna roll and a salmon roll, and the fish was so fresh; the wasabi was real and packed a punch, and I'm not even a wasabi lover! We finished our late-night dinner with the vanilla miso tart, absolutely incredible, definitely would come back just for that.

Went out to celebrate our 25th anniversary. This spot did not disappoint. We thought we would splurge and get the chef's tasting menu, but instead made our own with our waiters help. Ordered most of the highly recommended dishes and they were right to be highly recommend recommended. The miso marinated black cod was the best!

Ok, to be honest, I didn't think I'd like Nobu as much as I did, but I was pleasantly surprised. Hubby and I decided Nobu would be our 'splurge' meal in our recent Vegas trip. Part of the reason is to use a perk on our credit card that listed out designated restaurants and Nobu was one of them. To start, we really appreciate our server. He listened to us on what we were looking for. We gave him our preferences, the type of fish we liked, the type of flavor, texture, taste etc... He did a great job. There were some dishes he recommended that I would have never ordered, and ended up loving them. We ordered a variety of dishes, mainly asking the server to 'introduce' us to Nobu's menu and adding a few of our preferences. We ordered crispy rice w/spicy tuna, miso black cod, yellowtail jalapeño, a few nigiri/sashimi, but the stand out was the scallop dish for me. However, everything really tasted wonderful. miso black cod, as I expected, was too sweet for me. Great for those who love sweet / savory. Overall, it was a great experience. Great food, excellent service, beautiful restaurant. Good for special occasions.

Yellowtail Jalapeño
Shak B.

My family and I went to Nobu in Las Vegas today and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We ordered a variety of dishes and everything was excellent. The black cod miso was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious, the rock shrimp was incredibly flavorful, and the jalapeño yellowtail sashimi melted in your mouth. We also tried a variety of cut sushi rolls, all of which were fresh and beautifully prepared. The overall experience... food, atmosphere, and service, was top-notch. Five stars all around and definitely a place we'd return to.

Some of the best sushi I have had in my entire life!!! Flown in from Japan daily WOW Located in Cesars palace, it is worth the trip. Got a late night reservation at Nobu last minute. Colombia was our server! He guided us through an amazing experience. We let him know what we do not like then he brought out some of his favorites both on and off the menu. From the Uni to the toro with caviar & gold flakes to the desert I'm not sure what was better. Each item had its own special sauce which makes Nobu special. I highly suggest going to the restroom as on the way you get an opportunity to check out the open kitchen. I enjoyed watching the different dishes being prepared.

Ask the Community - Nobu Restaurant Las Vegas

How much is the sushi omakase now? Paris clearly lists the price but not Caesars Palance.

It depends. You can kind of control it by telling your server or chef what you'd like to spend. I enjoyed it for around $80 during happy hour.

Is the restaurant really noisy?

It can be when it's very busy or on a big event night. I'd plan on it being noisy.

What is counter seating?

You sit at the bar. It's first come first serve if you walk in with no reservation.

Are reservations necessary?

Highly recommend if you have a group. I was able to get in as a solo two times solo and once with my wife in a week.

What is the typical price point for dinner?

For a reasonable selection of options (not ordering every one of the most expensive items on the menu), plus drinks and dessert for two people, you can expect somewhere in the neighborhood of 350-400 dollars.

Do they serve the full menu at their regular bar area and is it open seating or do I need a reservation?

They serve everything at the bar as well

Is this place only a la carte? Or is there all you can eat also?

There is no all you can eat. Granted, you can keep purchasing different items but you'll be getting charged.

Is bar seating available for 1 person?

Yes and you don't need a reservation as long there's space

How much are the chef's tasting menus?

From what I remember there were 3 levels to choose from. We chose the middle one which was $155 per person. With everything we got, it was so worth it. The anticipation and not knowing what was coming next was very fun....and tasty!!

What's the dress code? Dining Saturday night at 6pm

I've gone around then and I wore casual attire :-)

Does Nobu allow kids?

Yes they do. We've taken our young kids (6, 7, 10) to several locations for years and haven't had a problem. Our kids enjoy fine dining experiences with us.

Does it serve teppenyaki (like Benihana)?

Yes, the Las Vegas Nobu in Caesars Palace offers teppanyaki dining. It is the only Nobu location in the U.S. to do so. Check out the restaurant's description on the Caesars Palace website if you don't believe me.

Enormous disappointment…read more We were so looking forward to our meal here. I'm in my "seafood period" right now and I was excited at the potential I saw in the menu here. It's beautiful. But you no doubt know that from all of the Insta pics. Plan on some extra time to allow all of the wannabe influencers that are staging photo shoots at the entrance, which is famously decked out in fake flowers and pretty vignettes. It's all downhill from there. We were about 10 minutes early for our 5:30 reservation and the hostess told us she would seat us "closer to our reservation time". OK. That is sort of unusual since the restaurant seemed empty but sure. 5:30 came and went. We went back up to the hostess stand... apparently there was some shift change that was holding things up. Again, that's OK. But there was an attitude about it all that wasn't very friendly. We were shown to our table soon and it was a nice curvy booth. We both noticed pretty quickly that the music is too loud. That makes everyone have to talk loudly so you will be surrounded by tables of people yelling at each other. Our server seemed distinctly unimpressed that we didn't order any alcohol. You could see the moment he lost interest in us. When my partner asked about the chicken he sort of menu shamed us. We ordered expensive food so his attitude was unnecessary and he did warm up a bit after that. I had the seafood tower for one. This is $68 a person. When they put it in front of me, I was honestly confused. I couldn't hear a thing our server was saying over the loud music so I missed his descriptions of the items. There was something so bizarre on this seafood tower - something that looked like an oyster shell full of whipped cream. What in the world? Oh it's so much worse than that. To my horror, I tried it and found this is some sort of absolutely foul lemongrass cream or some nonsense like that. It was an enormous amount of it - a full mouthful and at the bottom of the shell was supposedly an oyster. I didn't find it and I wouldn't want to eat an oyster that had been sitting in that offensive pool. Wow. That is so amazingly bad. Nowhere on the menu do they warn you what they are going to do to your oysters. It's truly appalling - so bad in fact that I just had to say something to the waiter. He seemed surprised but I don't buy it. This cannot be popular. Anyway, rant over. The rest of the seafood tower was just OK. The lobster was tiny and not super fresh. The shrimp were sort of "meh" but the hit surprisingly was the scallop ceviche... very nice and bright. Note there is no bread either offered or on the menu. Felt weird. It's needed. For our main course, my partner got the filet mignon and a side lobster tail. His lobster was also of the "wee" variety and a bit tough. Steak was nice though and cooked as requested. I had the Truffle Mushroom with Spaghetti and added the jumbo shrimp. This was also terrible. I thought I liked truffles - but I bit into something in this dish that again I can only describe as foul. And the sauce was just too much and overwhelming. I ate about three bites and just gave up. We spent about $260 before tip. With no drinks. This was a pretty stunningly bad meal.

Wasn't sure what I was expecting when she said oyster bar, but it was not what I was expecting. . It was a cool vibe and one of the first things that stood out that she was surprised about was that there was no line. My friend said it's the first time she's been there and there was not a line. Treated her to dinner after letting crash at her place with less than 24 hrs notice. We were there on a Tuesday evening everything that we did this day appeared to be a light crowd day. Tuesday's is the day to go hang out in Vegas if you want shorter lines. I ordered the gumbo with only shrimp as the protein with the okra. It was yummy. I enjoyed it. The gravy was nice. I ended up with two bowls of white rice, which is not typically my choice. However, it was. It was great in there with the gravy and okra and I got the lowest spice level I could which was one so everything was pretty cool there large portions lots of shrimp. I cut my shrimp in half cause I like my things bite-size I have a very small mouth and I was laughing because they gave me a really large spoon which is too big for my mouth so I use my fork that came with a napkin. My friend ordered the BOUILLABAISSE. She powered through it quickly, so I think it was pretty tasty for her too. Three things that got my attention. 1. I enjoyed seeing them prepare our meal right there in front of us how efficient and clean and things were so that was great and it was a bit of a show. 2. They served me water with ice. I don't necessarily appreciate that. I don't like ice in my water and I would prefer them to ask me what I'd like to drink before just serving me something, there may be however, how they do it at bars I don't go to a lot of bars. I'm also sensitive because I have bladder disorder and cold things set off my bladder. 3. I didn't care for the dynamics and exchange that felt off when trying to pay with my tap from my phone. I had to literally give him the phone to do the payment and I feel like that's a little bit of a disconnect the purpose of my mind of doing my tap is so that I don't have to give you my card or my phone so I feel like that's something that's gotta be a little bit more efficient for them to work on especially how busy they are and you know the amount of traffic that takes place in a bar. I love the look and the set up. It felt really cool. It didn't feel like we were sitting in the middle of a casino although we were. I loved seeing them prepare the food from start to finish. That was also really great. I would definitely go there again if I'm in town and we're in the mood for that type of food it had the New Orleans, Louisiana flavor vide to theme to me and really clean. On that note so are the bathrooms. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the cleanliness and the speed to get in and out of the bathrooms. I'm always gonna give a review on the bathrooms cause they're very important to me as I do have bladder disorder. I hope you all find this read helpful.
