John has probably viewed over 10,000 squats in his lifetime and Nikki is very insightful. They do a great job of balancing novices and experienced Crossfit members with their approach. From my recent experience, I wouldn't recommend this CrossFit gym for beginners…read more I appreciated the onboarding process, including the paid 2x 1:1 training sessions with a coach and the opportunity to try two CrossFit classes. That said, the membership structure feels inflexible for someone new to CrossFit. The available options--14 classes for $165 or unlimited for $195--assume a level of frequency that may not be realistic for beginners, and the value doesn't change. There are also no drop-in or lower-frequency options for those who want to build consistency at a slower pace, especially post physical therapy or injuries, such as one class per week. The rationale provided for this frequency structure included helping members more rapidly become familiar with navigating equipment, ensuring exposure to a wide range of exercises (which, according to a coach, may not repeat more than twice a year), and minimizing in-class setup or modification questions. However, this approach seems at odds with the messaging I received during onboarding that modifications are welcomed and supported. Overall, the experience felt somewhat misaligned with how the program was initially presented. The onboarding emphasized a "no pressure" environment, but the membership frequency options feel "pressured" and class expectations may not support a gradual or sustainable entry point for all individuals. For those considering this gym, it may be a good fit if you're ready to commit to a higher training frequency. However, beginners or those needing more flexibility or modifications may want to clarify whether the structure aligns with their needs before joining. In my recent experience, I found it doesn't make sense to join for 4-5 classes a month and pay $165, and still experience the owners pricing that belabors navigating the gym, potentially overwhelming the coaches with appropriate modifications for each class even if joining early or prepping beforehand (something the coach I worked emphasized is unnecessary), or after spending $200 for two required private training sessions leading up to joining a class.

I have been wanting a healthier lifestyle but I knew the gym was not for me. I didn't want to walk I found that boring and then I was scrolling on the Web and I found One Spark Fitness. I went in for a consultation with one of the owners Jolie and I told her what I was looking for and she made her recommendation to me. They offer a one time complimentary pass. I went on a Monday night to one of the Zumba classes and I was hooked. It was fun it was a workout and I was getting cardio as well. Rae and Jolie are so welcoming to each and every person that walk through that door. I purchased the 10 class punchcard and I have tried three separate classes and I have not been disappointed yet. They are there to instruct you and they make sure you are doing the exercise correctly they will show you during a class how to make sure it's done right. I was so bored at my gym that ever since I found One Spark Fitness they actually feel like I'm not just another gym membership. They get involved with everyone. I highly recommend you call and get a consultation and get you complimentary exercise pass for one class and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. I don't work out I tried but like I said I was bored I tried everything nothing got me motivated but Rae and Jolie get you motivated. And you will go back for more. Thank you Rae and Jolie for changing my mind about working out.

From the moment I walked in the front door I felt comfortable and welcomed. The owners, Rae and Jolie were beyond helpful and were/are totally invested in helping me achieve my goals. They push you to do better, they push you to do your best. They are the best coaches I've ever had. If your form is wrong, they fix it....if your weights are too light/too heavy they will adjust them. I am addicted to this gym, atmosphere and trainers! It's my daily therapy and I'll forever be grateful I found this amazing establishment. Thanks everyone at One Spark Fitness!

I have lost 30lbs on my weight loss journey and Purenergy has been a huge part of that! For less than the cost of that massive gym in King of Prussia and way more variety than the "Citrus Concept" down the street, you can enjoy similar class offerings, free babysitting 8:30a-12pm Monday to Friday, and twice the ambiance! I find myself in Yoga a few days a week - the studio is beautiful and the mild heat is welcome in these bitterly cold winter months! I recommend Kristy's Wall class for a great deep stretch and Sarah's Power Flow for the ultimate mind/body stress relief! As part of my New Years Resolution, I am trying more of the fitness classes here, and thus far have taken Lisa's Tabata and Michelle's Burn class - both high-intensity interval training guaranteed to ramp up your energy! You'll also find pilates, barre, aerial, spinning, and martial arts classes here - ensuring you'll never get stuck in a rut! I'd personally love to see more Pilates or core based classes in the evening, but realize that has everything to do with instructor availability and member interest! :) Beyond the class offerings at Purenergy you'll find a welcoming atmosphere, clean locker rooms, and fresh towels for the sweat you're guaranteed to break! Drop in for a class - you'll be a member before you know it!
