The service manager is just please "GREAT". Her name is Gina Carter. I have a new bass boat that was under warrantee. She fit me in when they were very busy, and got my lower unit covered under warrantee. New one put on in less that 2 days. This is not the 1st time she has risen to the occasion. I took my Boat in for service , the work was done but when i picked up the boat the the 65Qt ice chest Helm seat was not there . This was the original seat cooler that came with the boat . when i asked for them to put the seat back in the boat i was told the seat was not on the boat when it came in.. i am the one who took it to Nobles so i know it was there . i asked for them to look for it, That it must have been removed when working in the back of the boat i was told we don't do that . No attempt was make to look fo it. No one even cared . very bad attitude , this is a warning to any one taking there boat there . I will never return to this business . read more

I just bought a bass boat from these folks, very polite and professional, I had a great experience.

I also had a very bad experience with this business. I simply took my boat in for an estimate last Monday they said they would get to it Wednesday they didn't get to it until Thursday finally called me with an estimate on Friday to let me know that they wanted to charge more than double the amount that everybody else I spoke with wanted to do the same job for. I was completely unsatisfied. In addition they tried to charge me for $150 "check out" fee that they never told me about when I dropped it off. read more

We recently purchased a 2019 party barge boat at Noble. We were originally thrilled with the boat we purchased. We were disappointed they were unwilling to negotiate anything off the original sticker price. Therefore, we could have gone anywhere! With the purchase of the boat, we order a $1100 plus tax boat cover since we rent an outdoor slip with no overhead coverage. The boat cover took two weeks before it came to the house. Once we received the boat cover, we discovered a rip in one of the seams when installing. In addition, it did not fit properly. We called Noble Marine right away to report the rip on the seam. During our phone conversation, we stated on many occasions, the boat cover did not fit our boat. We felt strongly, Noble Marine staff must have order the wrong boat cover. After talking to the various sale person and other staff in the office.... no one seem to care that the boat cover did not fit our boat. They kept insisting they order a 22 foot cover for our type of boat and continue to focus on the rip in the seam because it would mean it was a manufacture problem and not their problem. They requested we send the boat cover back to the manufacture to have the rip repaired! In addition, they kept asking us if we order the cover from them, which by the way was on the original invoice at the time of purchase. After a few weeks, another boat cover came during our absence and now we were back in WI for a month. Once we return to Florida, we unpacked the new boat cover and there was a rip in another seam when we took it out of the box. Great product! We installed the boat cover and to our "not so" surprise it did not fit again. We called Noble Marine and asked for our money back. Again, they did not seem to know we purchase the boat cover from them. After several frustrating calls and talking to many staff again, my husband drove the boat cover over to the Noble Marine and asked if they would install the boat cover on a similar boat in their inventory. After several hours, we call Noble Marine back (I guess they could not call us back....although most of the front sale staff are sitting around do nothing until you walk in). The front store staff had their parts department put the cover on one of their boats that was similar to ours. Apparently, they had told the sale person that it fit for the "most part" and nothing further was needed. That did not make us happy. After our frustration and anger over the phone, they suggested to us to call back next week when our original sale person was back from their vacation and he could deal with us instead. Does this feel like great customer services to you? We call back the following week. Keep in mind, no effort by Noble Marine was ever made to resolve this matter on our behalf. When speaking to the organically sale person, hey stated that has never installed a boat cover and he is just a sale person. OMG! We asked the sale person or someone in their company to personally come to our boat slip and install the boat cover themselves or we wanted our money back. The sale person made every excuse under the sun not come until we ask to speak to their manager or the owner. Once we made this request, the sales person agreed to come after he completed his morning conference call. What boat sale person has a conference call on a Monday morning? I am not buying his excuse. The original sale person and someone from their parts department came to our boat slip that afternoon and try to install the cover. Guess what....it didn't fit for them. Now the sales person is very apologetic and embarrassed. I received an email from the owner today stating they order the wrong boat cover and they were sorry for the hassle. That is it. Two months of our time, many phone calls, a dirty boat, frustration and anger...that is it! Order a boat but don't expect great customer service after the sale. read more

Taking my boat here is the second worst decision of my life (the first being my ex-wife). These so-called "mechanics" had my boat for four and a half months and still didn't fix it! After the first three months, they had only put three hours into it. Getting updates was like pulling teeth. Not only did they not fix the main issue, but not one of the known/easy items I provided to them on a list was addressed, nor did they even bother to water test it. I've owned boats my entire adult life and never have I dealt with such a poor excuse for a "professional establishment". Do yourself a favor and find a different shop ... read more

Earlier this year, I heard good things from my brother in law when he bought a used boat from their location in Crystal River, FL. I went there first and Susana was very helpful but they didn't have the model of boat I wanted so I went to Leesburg location to see one- by my own choice. She offered to bring the boat to Crystal River but I was due a trip to Lake County anyway so I went. That was a mistake. The people running the Leesburg location were flighty and not helpful. There was even a very young child belonging to an employee running around screaming the entire time we were there. I think it was the owners child but I suppose that's neither here nor there. After being greeted by the salesman, I explained my reason for being there and he treated us as if we just came from a competitors store. He brushed us off and passed the buck back to Crystal River and Susana saying that they would sell me the boat over there if that's what I wanted. No! That's not what I wanted, I could care less about which location sold me the boat. It's the same company, you'd think they'd be on the same team. Nope. Sharen (an owner?) came out at one point and my wife or I couldn't believe how clueless she was about her product- boats. After our brief visit to Leesburg location, we decided that buying a boat from them wasn't going to happen since they made it seem like such a chore to take our money. On one hand, you have the store near my home in Crystal River that was ready to go above and beyond for us and then you have its slacker little brother in Leesburg. Maybe our experience was unusual at leesburg location based on other reviews I've seen, but it was definitely a turn off to the company in whole. There are so many other options out there for boats, Noble Marine in Leesburg just didn't stand out. (Disclosure: We have yet to purchase a boat from anywhere.
