I went to one of your VW dealerships in the USA 27750 Eucalypus AVE Moreno valley CA, 92555 on July 22, 2018 and purchase a 2013 VW Jetta. On July 28, 2018 I returned the car to the Moss Bro Dealership due to gas coming out of the Spark plugs. The car was at the dealership for one week. The begging of November 2018 The Jetta Started having Problems the engine was cutting off and I was loosing power to the steering wheel. I drop the car off at Moss Bro dealership to have it fixed. The Jetta was at the dealership until the End of Feb 2019 (Nov 2018- Feb 2019. I took the Jetta home a 7 min drive From Moss Bro dealership the car broke down in the middle of the street that same day 7 min after I left the moss Bro. I had the jetta towed to the dealership in Ontario ca on Feb 23,2019 for a second opinion and the car is still at the dealership. Next month will be 5 mo of me not having a car. I contacted the corp office for help and pretty much there telling me the car should be fix in a few days. The dealership in Ontario ca told me they can't 100% fix my car. However William S.in the corp office told me they could William also told me I could pick the car up in a few days.(car not fix) I just spoke to Ontario and i was told to pick up my car it not else they can do. I don't feel safe in this car. i ask William in the corp office if he could send someone from the fleet office due to two dealership not being able to fix this car. William said no he will not send anyone. I ask William if the car lost power while I'm driving on fwy at 65 mph and some get hurt or maybe even killed who would cover the accident William stated my insurance co but this is a problem with the car and the corp. office is aware of this problem why would it be my fault. I talked to the dealership where I bought the car and the general Mgt is waiting on the Corp office to tell him what to do. I'm going to go public with this matter I'm calling the local radio station local new station and post all the paper on social media asking for anyone to help with this matter I don't feel i'm treated fairly. I WILL POST EVERY DAY UNTIL THIS PROBLEM IS FIXED
