I will say the store is very cute but the bagels didn't live up to it in my opinion. I've tried the farmhouse sandwich and a regular bacon egg and cheese both on a french toast bagel. I also tried the twice baked hash brown and overall it was okay but still a little pricey and didn't live up to the price for me. This is a BUSY little store on weekday mornings. I pick up bagels and cream cheese for my co-workers several times a month. They love them. The bagels are soft and fresh. The people who work here work very hard and they're wonderful. Many have been working here for years, which makes it a real neighborhood place. I always tip well because I love these people. On weekends I'll come by occasionally for a bagel egg sandwich or just a simple bagel with shmear (cream cheese) and coffee, which is good and inexpensive. They have wonderful variety. Oh, and the bagel hotdogs are totally addictive so DON'T try them because you won't be able to stop! read more

Gotta tell you.... once upon a time, this place was nice. Service with a smile. CORRECT orders.... ahhh the good old days. Our family quit going to Noah's on a regular basis years back because it seemed like quality service with a smile went out the door. After a few years absence, tried it yesterday. Wouldn't you know it... its worse now that it was when we quit the first time. Not super busy... ordered 2 bagels. One toasted with salmon schmere, the other untoasted with plain cream cheese. What was received was 2 toasted bagels with plain cream cheese. When brought to the attention of the person making it, she copped an attitude because I did not want the order she made INCORRECTLY. Seriously?? I conceeded to keep the plain bagel with cream cheese but since the other was completely wrong, and not for me I insisted she correct the other bagel. Needless to say, it will be several more years before I walk into Noah's for anything again. Sad too, because its so convenient with regard to location to my home, and Panera doesn't carry the salmon schmere... I am a stickler for not only quality of food, but quality of customer service. I've been coming here for years. Handy to have a good bagel spot in the neighborhood. They're usually pretty busy especially in the morning. I recommend ordering in advance otherwise you'll be waiting around. The only little thing that I find annoying is that I get the Garden Avocado bagel and I ask for no egg and no tomato smear because I'm vegan. I just ask them to add cucumbers and every time they've charged me extra for cucumbers even though I'm saving them the egg and tomato smear. I don't find that to be quite fair but maybe that's just how they do it. Also, would be nice if they can add a plant based cream cheese option at some point. I'm very disappointed with this place after I heard what happened and I never leave reviews even after being upset with an establishment, but I was so shocked after what I had heard that I literally have no choice.. I had ordered a pick up order for myself and my boyfriend and he was already nearby so he just went to pick it up. He didn't know what I had ordered he just asked me to pick something for himself so keep in mind, HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT IS IN THE BAG. The bag that was given to him after waiting for over 15 minutes (I understand they were busy) however that bag was in the same spot since almost the whole time he was in there. He politely asked if they could remake the order since it wasn't hot anymore and they said no problem after finally handing him that exact bag that was sitting there for 15 minutes. Once the worker came back with the new bag (different worker than the one who said yes to remaking it) he felt the need to say "You know the nova lox is supposed to be cold right? It's common sense." I'm not sure in what world you think that's remotely ok to say to someone. Extremely disrespectful and also the bagels have gotten smaller by double the amount since the last time I was at this place which was not that long ago, I was shocked at both the situation that happened and also the fact that the bagels are tiny now and not at all what they used to be. Great overall experience. The ordering line was a reasonable wait. Order ahead of you're in a hurry. Friendly staff. They took my order correctly. Food was packaged/wrapped well. They labeled 1 of the 2 sandwiches, so I would know which one was which. Food came out as expected. I like that they pre-cut my egg sandwich in half for me without having to ask. Clean facilities. Noah's Bagels are expensive for what they are fried or boiled & baked dough... However, they carry the best specialty bagels around town. The have fresh baked goodies, fruit cups and orange juice too. Coffee's pretty much just that here with a couple great flavors. I live in the area. So the bagelry's close to home, but I only go occasionally like not even once per month. Still, they have a rewards app with sale specials, points and discounts. Good atmosphere. read more

Noah's always has great bagels and they're a solid choice for breakfast on the go. Everything bagel, jalapeño cheese, poppy, spinach, and asiago cheese are all solid choices. These options are just a small subset of what's available for bagels and you also have a wide selection of spreads, and beverages. A couple of things to note; their prices are a little on the higher side and parking is hard to find at this location. I like dropping in here if we're driving somewhere and want coffee (across the street at Starbucks) and a bagel from Noah's. If you're thinking about takeout, I suggest you go with someone because parking is difficult to find and you're likely to spend some time driving around in circles. Better to have someone with you getting a head start on ordering rather than get frustrated by the lack of parking. read more

I love Noah's bagels and frequent the location on the Westside. So I was excited to have found one in this location. I was salivating at the thought of getting my sourdough bagel. This was my first and my last trip to this location. Time of day: 12pm Store condition: Dirty. I guess after the mad breakfast rush. I can be understanding of this. Line of service: started by the cash register even though there was an "Order Here Sign" on the other end of the counter. Although the line was forming almost out the door, not one of the employees informed us the line started behind the cash register. It wasn't until a few confused customers figured it out and asked. Order: Pastrami sandwich and one sourdough bagel (untoasted) with a side of schmear. By the time I got to the last bite of my pastrami sandwich, there was a piece of plastic packaging that was tangled in with the pastrami meat. I'll stop there. No one needs to hear my angry rant about that. The guy who took my order specifically asked me if I wanted the sourdough bagel to be toasted. Knowing I would eat it later, I told him not to toast it and even thanked him for asking. I got home, unpacked the sourdough bagel, and it was toasted. It was also dry and hard. The only redeeming part of this first time experience is that they got my order right: Pastrami sandwich and a sourdough bagel. I went here 2 weeks ago to grab quick breakfast for my husband and I before we go to the airport and onto our honeymoon. I was lucky to find parking right in the front on the street. But there is a near by parking garage on Palm. Anyway I walked in and a very smiley and friendly woman greeted me. She helped me pick my bagel sandwiches. She recommended the Bacon & Cheddar and the Farmhouse. So I went with both of those, with 2 eggs, and I got two freshly squeezed orange juices as well. Then I noticed the young girl making these sandwiches is very bitter. She was tossing the treys and smelling the fridge doors. Rolling her eyes when she would make eye contact with any customer. But I also noticed that her hair is all over the place and it's not tied properly. Which I was going to make a comment but she had such a bad attitude just giving off of her that I did not say anything. I got the sandwiches to go and brought them home. Since they were in halves my husband and I each took one half to try them. They were good but nothing crazy the way I heard some people talk about it. But here's the disaster part: there was a long piece of black hair in my sandwich! Not on it, not on the side, IN THERE mixed with the egg and the cream cheese and everything. I mean how unsanitary and gross is that?! Everyone who makes food at a restaurant need to wear hair nets and groves. That's a given. But the girl working the cashier today had so much attitude and for what? We ordered 2 breakfast bagels and she wasn't exactly friendly but I didn't mind. We all have our low energy days. When the main takeaway is 'could've done better at Einstein Bros', a NY style bagel place has failed. My lox bagel was edible, contained tasty lox, and I'm happy it came with a pickle. But the 'extra lox' version I ordered showed no sign of being extra anything, and there was no option to order it with anything other than a plain bagel. I can't remember the last time I ate lox on anything but an everything, onion, or pumpernickel bagel - and now I know why. It's boring, particularly when the bagel is unremarkable and the toppings are stingy. My friend ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the amount of cream cheese they gave her was seriously infinitesimal. It was almost joke-worthy. Hello Yelpers, A great addition to the "downtown" Burbank scene. I'm a bagel guy, and a pretzel guy, so the salted pretzel bagel, toasted with butter, is a no-brainer for me. Excellent variety of bagels on hand, very fresh tasting, and the coffee is surprisingly good. A box of these will get you on the good side of any office crowd. Plenty of bagels to choose from and very very fresh tasting. Park in one of the 100% city lots near the AMC 16 theaters. One star removed as the store is always dirty. No one is moving around from behind the counter. I mean no one. On today's visit, as on most visits, you're greeted by an overflowing trash can and dirty tables for the dine-in crowd. One thing that small places like this fail to recognize is that if they wish to offer "dine in" seating, no matter how limited, they must attend to it as the customers will not. A lot of paper (wrapping, basket, napkin) accompanies every single bagel and the trash can is not going to empty itself. Solution? Get everything to go. And enjoy! read more

Pretty good Noah's Bagels location in Burbank. This is on my way to work. I parked in the Orange Grove lot and walked over. It was 7:45 in the morning on a Friday and was already pretty busy. Stood in line, which went fairly quickly and ordered the half a dozen bagels with smear for 9 bucks and some change for the office. I decided to get a spinach, swiss and mushroom bagel with an egg on a multigrain bagel. Wish I had asked for the bagels to be toasted, but they were still good. The spinach bagel was nice and crispy and the melted cheese was yummy. Overall a cool spot. read more

I always wondered why Noah's Bagels was always busy so I finally caved in and and gave it a ry. I went in Sunday morning with my husband and we were so pleased. We were greeted by the friendliest worker, Alin which already made the experience great. Nowadays, everyone is so busy to even notice who walks through doors. She was quick and you could tell how hardworking she was. I got the ham and swiss and it was delicious. My husband raved about the breakfast BLT.
