I'm here in Firenze, Italia from Miami, FL where some of the best night/entertainment clubs reside. (I'd know considering I work in one) arrived at Sexy disco around 1/1:20am and was told at the door that they were not open.. What ? It's Friday night and not only did their site state that they were open until 5am but when I initially called no one answered the phone to actually help me with information. HELLOOOOO, what's the point in having a contact number of no one answers?? Thinking that they were just busy my boyfriend and I headed to the "adult club" anyway only to be disappointed and turned away. (Our BIG mistake, clearly) a gentleman came to me and said, "one minute" he walked inside only to come back and let me know that they were "closed for some problem" which sucked because they basically looked open. Cars parked out front, club lights and music still going on inside. Yet you don't have anyone answering phones to let the public and/or CLIENTS know you're closed EARLY ? REALLY? On top of that, we spent about €40 JUST to get to the darn place considering it is not close to central Florence. Also, you would think out of the 3-4 men standing/sitting at the door that SOMEONE would have answered the phone but of course they weren't any help and basically were just gawking at me like they've never seen a beautiful girl in their life. Okay, I don't mind the gawking part SOOO much...But, maybe offer my boyfriend and I a comp ticket for another night ? Or, at the very least drink tickets! SOMETHING!!!
