The second time I went for a hair color appointment and it was just as quality of a service. We talked through color options before she settled me in with the iPad and a coffee. I usually react to hair dye formulas so I've accepted it as part of the experience if I want my hair colored. But I walked out without any staining on my face and no reactions either.
