We used this private car service to get to Ohare for our trip to Japan and it was the best decision we made. Our driver (Neil) was superb and so understanding. We met up at our leasing office since our apartment is hard to find properly and he waited for my partner to arrive since he drove me to the leasing office. Then when my partner realized he forgot his camera our driver graciously turned around and took us back to get it. The process of reserving this car is done through their website and then a credit card approval sheet is sent to complete your reservation. The car was a large van and Neil loaded all our heavy, heavy suitcases himself. We had Neil on our way back and he was again professional, courteous and comes highly recommended. The only issue we ran into was no one answered the phone when we tried to call to verify our credit card sheet was received on the trip back. However, the driver had a text sent to us waiting when we got off the plane. The reservation process takes a bit with the initial reservation form and email response and the credit card approval sheet email and response so make sure to give yourself a little time. We also used this service on our trip to Orlando last year and they were excellent. However on the trip back we failed to get a hold of the office and had to take a cab back home. This made us realize how this car service really is amazing. They offer a flat rate depending on where you are going so there are no hidden costs! If you need a car to pick you up and take you to the airport, I can say with certainty this is an excellent choice. We were flying into Chicago for one night to see U2 in concert and had arranged for Neil to pick us up at our hotel to take us to the show and then bring us back after it ended. When our plane out of DFW was delayed 10 hours and we realized that we weren't going to arrive in town with enough time to get to the hotel and drop our bags before the show, Neil offered to not only pick us up at O'Hare, but also to take us straight to the United Center for the show and hold our bags safely in his car during the concert until he picked us up and drove us to our hotel. He communicated with us via text while we continued to wait at DFW and then when we finally landed in Chicago. When we arrived at O'Hare, Neil had smartly parked in visitor parking and was waiting for us in baggage claim to avoid a 30 minute line of waiting taxis and car service vehicles so we could get out of the airport and on the road fast. Since our plane landed 30 minutes after the show was scheduled to start, every second was important, and Neil got us to the United Center as fast as he could, taking back streets when the freeway got congested closer to downtown. We only missed a few songs and were able to enjoy almost all of a concert we would have completely missed if we had not had such a flexible, friendly, helpful driver. After the show, Neil had conveniently parked out of the way of traffic, but still close enough to the arena that he was easy to find. He got us back to our hotel in a snap. After realizing how much parking rates have increased at the airport, I realized it was cheaper to have a car service. But traveling with 2 little ones (6 and 4) means I don't want to be waiting at the airport for 20-30 minutes for a driver to arrive. I read the reviews and figured I'd give Neil a chance (booking 2 days before the flight!). I wasn't disappointed! He arrived at our house for pick-up to the airport 15 minutes early which was a huge blessing to me (I constantly worry about getting to the airport on time). The ride was smooth with no problems. On the way home I had a text waiting for me when the plane landed. Instructions were incredibly clear about where to meet. We literally walked out the door with our bags and Neil was driving up! No waiting, no muss, no fuss. It was awesome (especially after some flight delays, etc.) We will definitely use Neil's service again. Communication was excellent; he was always quick to respond to e-mails and texts. And he automatically gave the $10 online booking discount without me having to ask. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and have utilized various forms of ground transportation over the years. This, by far, is the greatest. The owner, Neil, is fantastic as a driver, and has a wonderful personality. Bernie, another driver, was equally great and fun to work with. If you are ever in the Chicago/Oakbrook area, PLEASE give him a try. Very reasonably priced for door to door (curb to curb) service. We had a party of four (finicky) women, and ALL were very, very happy and impressed with the on-time service, the clean vehicles, and the professional drivers. I understood that prior night we were leaving in the midst of some recreation that I hadn't made sense of how we were getting to the airplane terminal. I called NM Private Car Service for round trip and Neil sets everything up. We made it to the air terminal instantly. I had likewise set up an arrival trip. I didn't affirm the get however no stresses. as we were loading onto the plane Neil messaged me guaranteeing me he'd be there. Are any of these reviews real? Ok so I thought I'd try, since all the reviews were ALL 5-STARS. I called the number and some old lady answered the phone "Hello!!??" sounding Like I woke her up or something. I thought I had the wrong number and was about to hang up and try again. But I hesitated and asked "Um is this a car service? NM car service?". She said "Yeah! Uhn Huh". I just went on and hung up. Seriously? If they are THAT unprofessional over the phone, the car service can't be much better. Probably some creepy guy in a borrowed car with his personal cell {that his mother has} as the business line. We had a fantastic experience with Neil. I was traveling with a group of students and NM Private Car Service made the trip to and from the airport stress free for me. He was in contact with us, kept track of our delayed flights and assured us that they had our transportation covered upon our arrival, made sure we knew where to meet him at the airport, and then visited with the students during the drive and shared history and information about the city with them. I recommend them highly! We used NM Car Service to/from the airport to Evanston. Neil was in constant communication with us so we found him easily. The car was clean and Neil was pleasant. We arrived on a very cold and rainy day, so it was very much appreciated when Neil took some extra time to drive us around the Northwestern campus before bringing us to our hotel (when he found out that we were visiting the college campus). Great experience with Neil from the first phone call to the trip back to the airport. Signing up was easy and Neil was waiting at the airport when we came out with our luggage. It was our first trip to Chicago and his directions were great. Had some minor difficulty when leaving downtown to go back to the airport. It was raining and the traffic was unbelievable!. However, they had allowed enough time for our flight and we were at the airport in plenty of time to go through security. We arrived in Chicago Wednesday. Neil was scheduled to pick us up but when he got into his car, he had a flat tire!! He IMMEDIATELY had someone there to pick us up. Daniel was such an amazing person!
