There were a few people in the queue so I thought, try another time, and made a note of the exchange rate. On my way up Burscough Street I popped my head around the corner of Travel Money Ormskirk and asked what their exchange rate was and it was a good deal better than that offered by the Post Office. They also confirmed that there was no fee payable either. The lady on the counter was an absolute delight and the consummate professional, it was a genuine pleasure to meet her, to chat with her, and to purchase my currency for the best exchange rate available in Ormskirk. There is no doubt whatsoever that while Travel Money Ormskirk have the staff that they have, and offer such great rates of exchange, I will always start my holidays with a visit to Travel Money Ormskirk.

Also if you pay a small amount (I think £3) you can sell back your unused currency at the same rate that you bought it, which can work out pretty well. All the staff I've dealt with at this branch have been friendly and professional. It's in a convenient location in the Arndale, so handy if you're there anyway picking up something for your holiday. It would be better if it was in an actual shop rather than just set back from where everyone is walking, but other than that I'm really happy with the service and rates from here and I'm sure I'll be back.
