The ticketing area is chaotic. Boarding the water taxi was also very chaotic. On the way to Capri. We were some of the last to board. Trying to find a seat was almost impossible. Tons of people were using an empty seat to seat their bags. Which caused quite a stir up for people that needed a seat. I noticed there was a coffee bar, but we didn't get anything. The ride to Capri was about an hour. I slept on the way back. It's air conditioned which is nice. read more

This company has horrible service. Rode SNAV from Naples to Capri and it was perfect smooth sailing with very polite crew and on time. The n we rode NLG from Capri to Sorrento. It was horrible. We were about tenth in line with an electronic ticket. Boarding started and the guy refused to scan our ticket. Made us wait for the entire line to fill up the ferry then sent us to the other ticket taker who had the scanner in his pocket the whole time. They tossed our luggage around like yesterday's garbage The inside of the boat was hot and quite uncomfortable. Crew all acted as if they'd never heard English in their life. The windows are so old and crusty you can't see anything out of them. And it seemed to have been oversold as several passengers were standing the whole time with all seats being occupied. Overall I'd highly recommend avoiding this ferry line. They get two stars as they managed to get departed on time. Everything else was a one star experience. read more

They need to replace the windows on the boat. We took the Ferry from Naples to Positano and could not see out any window as they were all scratched and faded. Very disappointing. Also the air conditioning was poor. read more

Worse service possible, total dishonest and no helpful and way rude Got 4 tickets from sorrento to amalfi and from there to minori we'll I check my phone after I arrive to sorrento and said 11 minutes from amalfi to minori and the woman sell me ticket on the ferry 8 bucks each w a waiting of 2 hrs I don't check it because she told me the ferry will be back to back Anyway skip this company I never get my money back plus the charge you 6 for luggage read more

Do not book sailings with this company. I booked two boats, the first from Positano to Capri, leaving at 16:30 and arriving at 16:55 and the second connecting from Capri at 17:35 to Naples. The boat I took from Positano to Capri, however, did not arrive at 16.55 as scheduled. Instead, it first went to Amalfi then arrived in Capri at 7:40. This made it impossible for us to catch the boat we paid for which left on schedule at 17:35 for Naples. To add insult to injury, two crew members told us to go to dock 8 and board the Snav boat for Naples instead. We ran there only to be refused entry, then back to the pier where we arrived to be told to wait for the boat leaving dock 12 at 18:40. This was an unfortunate experience and scary as a foreigner in a country at the height of tourism season. There is no excuse for the waste of out time and complete lack of empathy or accommodation. There are other boats, book those. read more
