Had a small repair job, as the pvc was coming away from the fascia/ soffit and the gutter was…read moreleaking. Got an estimate, and Pat and Chris said they would start the next week. As I was off the day they started, they kept calling into me, and telling me the job was much bigger that originally estimated. All the timbers under the pvc need replacing, all new pvc and gutters, also need to be replaced, as the previous "job", was by a cowboy, without my knowledge. also the felt on the first 4 courses of tiles front and back needed replacing. I will not lie and say I was shocked by the final price. Their website is misleading, and they are in need of a secretary or other support as it seems to be only Pat and Chris doing all the work. Now for the good news. The work did need to be done, and it was done very quickly. The standard of work was excellent. I would recommend them, but I would require a full written estimate before any work is started.
