The meat was cooked to perfection, the fish served in sauces that were light and balanced, and the lobby cats endured the enthusiastic love of the youngest member of our party. This is not the sort of restaurant you'll ever find in America. If you're looking for an American dining experience look elsewhere. But for the deep French countryside this is as good as it gets!
