What a fun local theatre find in our neighborhood! We bought tickets online that we're $40/vehicle and included $20 for concessions which worked out perfectly. We were politely greeted by super friendly folks and ushered to our spot. We heard fun music to get us ready to see Lightyear and enjoyed the whole night! Picture this...we're playing The Cure on the way to the heart of Downtown Miami where a open lot nestled in between the highrises plays the heavy hitters. I mean, we are talking properly procured classics with evening showtimes during half the week that's the perfect glaze of panache Miami demanded during our ever growing nightlife scene. I found out and instantly became interested in their roster of shows listed on their site. They release their schedule every two months or so on their website. Tickets are about $40 and give you entrance for two people inside of one vehicle at the reserved spot selected in your reservation. The ticket also comes with a $20 credit for the concessions offered on their site and are brought directly to your car. I think they did a phenomenal job with picking the snacks because you'll find some distinctly rare chucheria that is basically extinct anywhere else. They really took their rime to pick out their menu & I appreciate that because it adds to the quirky factor of the whole experience. I recommend coming early because it's nice to get situated before the movie starts. There are no previews to upcoming movies shown here since they are mostly classics so don't give yourself those extra 15 minutes for the trailers because that's not how it works here. We trying to buy some tickets and the owner was being real rude and saying we could buy tickets it has to be under our name and no one else could buy tickets and our card wasn't working and we asked multiple times and he kept saying no and he was freaking out about it so never come to this movie if you have a cash app card, it will never even work Don't waste your time. if I could give this zero star, I would this sucks. What an amazing experience! Not only was it my first time at a Drive-In theatre, but it was me finally getting to watch Barbie. Everyone was so kind and respectful. I usually have to tinkle everywhere I go. The attendant assured me that the port a potty was cleaning and it really was. I can't wait to go back. Everyone in Miami should experience this place. Love this place! We had a great experience! We went for a double feature - Ghostbusters and Spider-man. I was a little concerned on how the films would look outside but it was just like sitting in a theatre, except it is your car. Some people brought chairs and sat outside. You can do this but you will need to use your $20 credit for the speaker so that you can hear the movie. If you have a quality stereo in your car, then you will not be disappointed by the sound. The movies were great. We used our $20 credit toward some snacks and drinks. If I have a couple of criticisms, I'd like some better choices than just candy. Perhaps fruit? Also, they need a better system delivering the snacks to your car. We watched as employees seemed to be lost trying to locate the car to deliver the goodies. Be aware that if you do use your car stereo, you cannot have your car engine running. I would not recommend a double feature. Our car went into battery saving mode about 1/2way through the 2nd film. We had no choice but to start the engine but the staff was accommodating and gave us a speaker to finish the movie without charging us. I look forward to my next movie experience. read more

Terrible experience. I came here to watch Barbie with my girlfriend and our two pups -- the middle aged guy who screamed at me to turn off my car was needlessly rude and intense. You'd think I punched his mom in the face by the way he came at me. My car has ambient lights that stay on. But is it really too much to ask that you come up to my car and speak to me like a person? Dude without warning just shouts at me to turn my car off while pointing his flashlight at us from 15ft away. I'm not gonna turn my car off and have either the 4 of us suffocate inside without AC or have mosquitos come inside the car (it's summer in Florida) At least the other guy who let me out was quick to give me a refund. But to the guy who was incredibly rude to us: my man, you're a huge jerk. I'm never coming back. read more

Too expensive to sit here in the heat draining my car battery. Price is nearly $50 per car and it includes a forced $20 concession which is just dollar tree junk food. Bathroom consists of a potty's potty with no toilet paper. No trash except one dumpster in the corner. read more

Check out their website to find out what cult classics they'll be showing this week. The theatre uses an old school 35mm projector to complete the entire vintage experience and I'd have to say that their concession stand is 2nd to none in the 305. read more

I went with my family for the first time here and it will be the last time I ever come because we had a horrible experience! We went to see Barbie and we weren't able to hear the movie at all because my car had to be turned off "according to who works there". My headlights were off however my car has low lights that stays on while the car is on, it's not able to turn off (that's just how some cars are made which they failed to understand) the man in the pink shirt keeps yelling at us to turn off the car which is pointless for us to be there because then we can't hear the radio/movie. Another issue, we were the first ones there and placed our order at the concession early yet we never received the order! I asked right before the movie started about our order and was told by the same man that it will be delivered to our car when the movie starts, waited the whole movie and still no delivery. And to make matters worst their phone number that's listed on the website/email doesn't even work! I don't recommend this place at all!! They need to have better understanding, professionalism and organization!! read more

Love the actual drive in but be aware that the $20 credit they give for snacks requires a credit card, and even when you put the code in correctly, exactly as they spell it, they charge your credit card. Second time this happened, and I made sure the second time I typed it correctly. Do yourself a favor and expect to pay $40 tickets for two people, with no snacks unless you want to pay them for it. This place could be five stars but a few things make it not so. Upon ordering my ticket the website did not inform me I was purchasing their last ticket and therefore did not have a proper spot to park my car. I arrived early and was told to park at the very very far side along the gate as I watched other people park in the provided spots. No one told me why. I had to flag workers down and ask them to properly communicate with me what was going on. I spent nearly $50 to be stuck on the side on what was supposed to be a special date night. Eventually a worker provided a better option for me, but it wasn't a proper spot. I find it unfair I was sold a ticket when there wasn't a proper option for me to park and watch the movie. The website should let the customer know they are buying a ticket with no real spot and the workers should communicate this better upon arriving. I also think it would be helpful if they not only communicated with guests better, but if workers had walkie talkies to help everything flow better. Other than this, their forced $20 concession included in the ticket price is bogus. I would be far more inclined to come here if I wasn't forced to spend an extra $20 on bags of unwanted junk food. I don't need 5 little bags of cheetos that normally sell for 50 cents, skittles etc just to add to $20. I still had a good time because I was with good company, but my first experience could've been way better. read more
