I just let her loose on my hair and Ive not been disappointed in the 7+ years I've been going to her. She creates miracles! Tishe is an amazing hairdresser and barber. My mum had been to her and was very happy! Shannen is fab and her work is amazing. I've been to Roxy for an eyebrow wax and was very happy! 100% recommend this salon and its staff!

I asked for highlights and the hairdresser put a thick ill fitting rubber cap on…read moremy head (yes I know they are not normally used anymore but this place still uses them) The awful strong bleach (which stung my eyes) was either left on too long or not long enough all I know is that my hair went from dark blonde to a horrible gingery yellow! To make matters worse, due to the rubber cap not being close to my scalp at the crown I ended up looking like I needed my roots doing before I even left the salon! I paid in full (she only takes cash anyway) and managed to express my 'surprise' at the way it came out, but she told me I would get used to it. I was desperate to get home before somebody saw me and the next day I plucked up the courage to tell her that I felt disappointed, so she offered to 'put some brown low lights in' however in all honesty I was too scared to go back! I ended up spending £75 in another salon to have it corrected asap. Oh well, lesson learned.
