Bryan was hired to diagnosis existing sprinkler/irrigation system and repair as needed. After his repairs we have a leaking valve and a timer set to get off multiple times within an hour. I tried to reach out to have the issues fixed but I was only told that the valve was not leaking when he was there (2 days ago) and that the system just needed to be reset. I didn't hire someone to tell me to reset my system after they worked on it. I never heard back from him again. This seems like a very small operation where projects take longer than quoted. They had 1 truck and 1 trailer and had to keep leaving to go to the dump or to get new supplies or to return rented equipment.

That should have been my first clue to what he would be like. After he finished and collected all his money I never heard from him again. Hector at King was in Trilogy that Thursday afternoon and stopped by almost immediately, but he didn't have his ladder. He had tempo young men (Nipomo High?) with Jim. I told him I had an 8-foot ladder in my garage. He quoted me and then started the job of topping and shaping my hedges. Height was satisfactory. But Hector, a nice young man, could have used a sharper hedge trimmer as the "hanging shads" show up brown.
