Shannon responded to my call immediately, was out to my house that same day to provide a free estimate, and within a couple of weeks I had everything done. Shannon and his crew (of 4-5 guys) showed up on time, ready to work. They not only painted hard-to-reach areas (including a 20 foot stairwell wall and other areas), but also took care of some long overdue items around the house (drywall work, mud & tape). They were in and out within 4 hours. All of this came at a cost that was extremely reasonable (especially compared to a contractor we used during our last paint job 9 years ago). He has gotten the jobs done each time within the timeframe we wanted, and is always very pleasant to work with. We leave Shannon the keys and know we'll return to a transformed house. Shannon truly goes above and beyond. This last time he surprised us and had assembled the new fans we bought (that were still in boxes) and mounted them. When we did the final walk-through with him one of our fuses happened to blow and he helped us get it fixed. Apparently he's not only a great painter but he's also a handyman available for hire!
