Our son absolutely thrived here--from the loving care of his teachers to the thoughtfully designed Montessori environment, everything about this school exceeded our expectations. The facility is exceptionally clean, secure, and beautifully maintained. The classrooms are well-equipped for learning, art, music, and play, and the outdoor playground areas are in pristine condition. Every corner of the school reflects intentionality and care, down to the smallest details. The staff is incredibly professional, organized, and compassionate. You can tell how dedicated they are to early childhood development, and it shows in how much our child has grown socially, emotionally, and intellectually during his time at Red Rose. We especially loved the app the school uses to send daily highlights, updates, and photos--it gave us so much peace of mind and helped us feel connected to his day. The school also has a secure, code-access lobby with monitors that allow parents to view classroom activity without disrupting the children, which is a wonderful feature. Another thing that stood out to us were the school events and themed activities. From seasonal celebrations to spirit weeks, the staff always made learning fun and engaging. For parents seeking speech or behavioral therapy, the school partners with an accredited company to provide insurance-accepted services on-site to be integrated into a child's daily routine. Red Rose Montessori has had a profoundly positive impact on our son and our family, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment in Mountain House.

After reaching out and meeting the teacher, we felt at ease and enrolled our little one. The daycare is clean and had a variety of toys, play areas, and learning materials. The curriculum included a good balance of playtime and learning activities. Drop off and pick up is smooth and communication is great. We get updates throughout the day through text and pictures which really keeps us in the loop in how our son is doing. Nearly a year after he started, our shy boy has grown so much and does well in his academics and activities. We loved seeing how our son adapted to being around other kids his age, something that was lacking prior to enrollment. What we really like about the daycare is that Mrs. Yang has created an environment that promotes inclusiveness and support from fellow classmates. Her helpers are great and always showed our son the attention he may need at times. We will miss having him at Happy Panda as our son is moving on to pre-K at the local school, but are already planning on enrolling our youngest daughter when she is old enough! I was given very detailed information about what the program would entail and was able to see a class in session before enrolling. As my son completes pre-k in a few weeks, I have to give a shout out to Ms. Mayte and the team (especially Ms. Seena and Ms. Miriam) for all they have done for us. My son started the school year pretty shy and apprehensive and has blossomed into a bubbly and social preschooler. It's been an amazing thing to see. The school gives us regular updates throughout the week on the Brightwheel app and anytime I've had any questions or needed some time to chat, I would hear back from his teachers promptly. We get photos through the app as well that are always exciting. Sometimes it's a snap of playtime, a celebration, or completing a milestone and receiving kudos. Along with the basics of letters and numbers, my son has gotten to learn about different cultural holidays and has loved telling us what he's learned. He always seems to be doing a new activity and doing the half day program has definitely been the right choice for our family. Ms. Mayte took the time to really get to know our son and has been instrumental in all areas of his development this year. I can only hope that he will continue to have great teachers for the rest of his academic journey!

As parents, we struggled to find a TK based program that balanced play based learning with meaningful skill building but LIP delivered exactly that. Here are just a few reasons why we loved our time at LIP! 1) Learning through exploration! The teachers crafted activities that let kids investigate the world hands on (like science experiments, nature projects and creative problem solving). My active son was constantly engaged, never bored! 2) Patient and passionate staff! The teachers are warm, attentive and genuinely love what they do. Their teamwork created a calming environment where my son felt safe to grow socially and mentally. 3) Let kids be kids philosophy!!! A perfect mix of structure and free play that fostered independence and kindness. 4) Small but mighty outdoor space! While the outdoor play area is cozier than others we toured, the teachers maximize it brilliantly. My son still came home happily exhausted from obstacle courses, sensory games and imaginative outdoor adventures. If you want a preschool/TK/Montessori alternative that prioritizes curiosity, creativity and kindness, LIP is the place. Thank you, Ms. Candice, Arianne, Angie, Jayda and Tricia for preparing our little investigator for kindergarten with so much heart
