I was in Nijmegen for business and spent two very nice nights at Hotel Hertogplein. It is a…read moremodest-sized hotel with 5 rooms. Everything was nicely furnished: the bed was comfortable, the shower was powerful, and the room was good-sized. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and convenient to much of the city.
Breakfast is served in the morning in a breakfast room (I believe outside, too, weather permitting) and consists of bread, cheese, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice, and so on.
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, also!
There is a bit of street noise, depending on the evening, although this was not a problem for me. As with many hotels the stairs are steep and there is no lift/elevator, but again, this was no problem.
All in all, a very good experience. I would definitely stay here again!
