Worst experience ever with a Turkish bus company! I wanted to travel from Eskeshehir to Istanbul…read morebut the trains were full, so i needed to go by bus. I have a small kitten with me so i asked the man at the ticket office of Kamel Koc if it was a problem to take her in the bus. The man said it was not a problem, so I bought a bus ticket. I arrived at the bus and took place at my seat. Suddenly the driver came to me and he said in a really angry way that the kitten needed to go in the bagagge room underneath the bus. I refused to do that because she is just a baby and she will move/fall in the bus and maybe she can't breath. All the staffmembers of Kamil Koc were really angry and they were talking/shouting in Turkish. When i wanted to get my money back, they refused. I don't accept the way that they treat their customers. I understand that there are rules, but they should not have lied that she can come with me in the bus in the first place, just to earn money. And the way they treated me was even worse. After this, I looked on the internet and I only found bad review about this company. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I would've planned accordingly to not miss my travel plans in Cappadocia and rebook or take an earlier bus. But they did not send me anything, no email phone or indication on the app. I got to the station 30 mins before and the agent told me it was at another terminal. I walked over and no one knew. Finally another agent found that it was cancelled. I wasn't given much help and had to find a new ticket and figure out what to do myself. Wasn't offered refund assistance and had to go online for customer service even though there were agents in person.

Beware of this bus service company. I went with them because the tourism office recommended them,…read moredespite their prices being the highest on the block. The bus left two hours late. Smoking is not allowed on any transportation services in Turkey. On my bus from Istanbul to Eskisehir the bus driver and his assistant were both smoking while on the road. Half the time the driver was chatting on his cell phone. His assistant kept playing music loudly off his phone. This is one of the worst trips I've ever had, and I'm a world traveler.
