I have always absolutely loved any hair cuts I've had their and they're really helpful with offering you tips on treating your hair and useful products. The prices are quite steep and will be out of some peoples price range but it really is worth it, and would definitely be worth the occasional treat.

The hairdressers working there are fantastic, welcoming and really down to earth. The lovely, modern interior also added to a relaxing environment. But the stylists are very good at their jobs and the prices are pretty good for the service they offer. You can get a quick cut so you're not there all day and they do things like fringe trims which is very handy. The products they use such as Tigi are also really lovely and very professional. The hair dresser obviously couldn't cut to short and kept telling me I should have gone to a barber shop! Hair works is supposed to be a salon suitable for both. After saying no it's not short enough and her telling me that is she cuts it any shorter it will stick out, I gave up paid and left. £45 quid down the drain. I then spent a further £30 trying to get it sorted. Still isn't what I want. So am using products etc to feel reasonable. I have always been to this salon, never again. I am devastated

Also didnt find the staff very friendly, the hair dresser was getting rather fraught with my daughter for not keeping her head still enough!!!
