On Saturday at noon I came to the store to buy coats for my two sons, I was happy to see that the second coat was fifty percent off, so far everything was good, I asked the seller for one Nike coat and one Jordan coat that I mentioned would have a hood, when I got back to my apartment I noticed that one of the coats was without Hoodie!!. I returned to the store with the coat I wanted to exchange and explained the problem, they directed me to the manager and I explained to him that I wanted to exchange the coat for one with a hood and if necessary I would add more money, the manager was cold, indifferent and said that since the other coat was on discount I must bring it as well, I explained to him that I am interested in the second coat and just want to change the coat without a hood, he responded in a cold and disgusting way and said that he had nothing to do and I had to bring both coats, I tried to explain to him I lived on the other side of town but that's really if he cared, I told him I would return the two coats and cancel the purchase, he said return, turned and left. I returned to my apartment again, returned and canceled the purchase. Staff would not give us tax free, even though we had all the tights for it. Staff ganged up on us and chased us out of the store.
