As I entered I was greeted by a very friendly lady asking if I needed help or was looking for anything in particular. I told her I was just browsing so she backed off. As I walked through the store I saw all kinds of sparkly accessories, dresses, shoes, purses and cute outfits. All displays were put together perfectly by colour and many included shoe combinations to go with the outfit. As I wandered about and fell in love with a pair of shoes the sales lady appeared. She explained that their speciality is putting outfits together for people or accessorizing and outfit that someone brings into the store. (she must have noticed the confused look on my face) Perfect!!! I am always in a rush and I am not so good at putting things together so, I picked up the shoes and then......... I asked what would go with the shoes. Yes, I know it was kinda like shopping backwards.... picking shoes first then the outfit. Not bad for someone who was just browsing. I gave them the approximate style and size of the person I was buying for (as well as my budget) and they were able to make several on point recommendations that I knew would be perfect for the very difficult person I was shopping for. Knowledgeable staff! Nearly miraculous shoe find…read more I've been looking for a comfortable pair of shoes for over a year (maybe more). I have specialty orthotics and struggled wearing the wrong shoes with them which meant they added little comfort and I had no clue why. I usually take hours shopping for shoes and can't find something satisfactory. Bev, working there, asked me if I needed help and I gave her the rundown with the expectation that she wouldn't be much assistance as has been the case in every other store. Instead, she blew me away by finding the perfect pair of shoes I needed. The second I tried them on my jaw dropped due to the comfort. She explained to me exactly why my current shoes didn't help (they weren't built for orthotics at all!) I was out of there in 20 minutes. Anyway I'm very happy. They train their staff well and ensure that they are familiar with the kinds of product they sell (she explained to me that's how she knew so much). A very worthy store of your dollars.
