THE BIG: Located in the Parras Valley on Parvada's wine tasting room area. Beautiful views of the trees, vines, and mountains in the background. Parking is available on premise.
THE BLACK AND WHITE: We decided to eat at Nido Kitchen Parras for our lunch break from our wine tour of Parras Valley. We originally wanted to do a Parvada tasting, but they include a tour with the tasting, so we decided to just get lunch here.
As for food, we got the fideo seco, which was their spaghetti tacos. It was essentially angel hair spaghetti and flavored nicely inside a taco. For pizzas, we got the pizza nido which was alright and the pizza prosciutto, which had a nice color contrast with the meat, veggies and cheese. The one thing that was weird about the pizza was the use of Mexican cheese, which threw off my taste buds. We also got a bottle of white wine to help pair with the pizza.
THE FINAL BAMBOO: Overall the damage done for 2 pizzas, a bottle of wine and spaghetti tacos was around 2500 MXN. Beautiful views and upscale lunch makes this spot worth checking out for sure. read more
