She has a pretty good academic background, not sure how she handles her self in a court room, however, she was supposed to go to court the day of our hearing, but at the last minute, Matt mccrink was assigned my, in court attorney. To say he was not lup to speed on my case, and everything associated with it, would be an understatement. As we drove in his "I'm a lawyer Mercedes ", heading to the courthouse for a meeting with the judge and my ex wife's attorney, he's fumbling over my paperwork, trying to get a grasp on my case, the meeting, less than an hour away. Asking me questions he should know the answers to. How, he could think he could drive, and read over my case file, and in one hour, understand what's been going on for over a year, blows my mind. He was totally unprepared, and when we finally got in front of the judge, he uttered maybe two words, while my ex wife's attorney is literally having a conversation with the judge. 2 days later I get the post judgement decision. Judge ordered my ex to pick out a couple of therapist, and myself, so I can try to talk to my kids, which my wife as sequestered from me for the last five years. My ex picks some therapist who wants 6k upfront from me, with *intentions of getting more, depending on the counciling, etc. WHOA. I find a bunch of therapist who will sit with me an my kids for $60-80 an hour. Now, we are all ordered into counciling within 2 weeks, right? Well, my ex wife's attorney faxes my attorney a letter saying my therapist aren't qualified, that if "I truly cared about my kids", I peel off six thousand and stop crying. Does Matt interject. Of course, his paralegal, not Matt of course, fires off a letter "asking her attorney he it was ok", to go with the therapist I recommend, the one I'm not paying for her European vacation! Naturally, my ex wife's attorney replies "no dice". So, now over 6 months gave cascaded by, and me and the kids have not seen the inside of a therapist office! Matt did hit me up for more money after court, for "phase two ", which I guess is lawyer talk for take his money again, "phase two".
