Highly recommend using Nick for your plumbing needs. We had him come out the end of 2019 for an issue created by our flooring guys and one of the toilets wouldn't flush anymore. Nick came out and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. Now we are moving due to military orders and we had nick come out to replace our thermocouple on the water heater and after inspecting it he said that it didn't look like it needed replacing and appeared to just need to be cleaned and blown out from all the debris. Nick is great! He was quick in answering my request for plumbing services. When we finally set a time and date, he showed up promptly on time. He took a look at my issue (kitchen sink would fill up with water when the washing machine right above it upstairs drained) and explained to me why it was happening. He told me exactly what he was going to do and what he recommended. He showed me that my garbage disposal had a leak in it and was probably going bad, so he offered to replace it at a discount. He even had one in his truck so he replaced it within minutes. This is as good as it gets people because Nick is the real deal. He's friendly, very professional, honest, and does good work! Nick ghosted us after coming out to take a look at our main water line in order to prepare installing a salt water softening system in the garage. After clearly stating we would have him do the job and asked for a contract to be sent, he became unresponsive to our calls, voicemail, and text. Maybe this is a blessing in disguise, but definitely unprofessional. If he didn't want to take the job, then let the potential client know as we can understand. I recently had a clogged drain. I normally can fix it through normal cleansing, but this one was beyond my scope of knowledge. I call Nick Taft later that night and right away he gave me some pointers and assistance over the phone. We ended up deciding on snaking the pipes. He was able to fit me in the next day to perform the work. Came on time and fixed the clogged drain within 30 mins. I also showed him a misting system I installed and told him about needing a few more couplers. Without a hitch he looked in his truck and gave me what I needed for no charge! Great service!
