We were filthy from working outside. One call to Spaffords, our original well maintenence people, and I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that they were in my driveway in 5 minutes. The problem was fixed and replaced in an hour by the nicest men you can imagine. I am so grateful it wasn't worse than it was, and I wasn't inconvenienced more than I had been. My Mom always loved Spaffords and advised me to always call them, and I always will. I am always taken care of with the utmost respect, and with a sense of humor I enjoy. I hope these young men get a raise because they are so much better than the contractors I have had in years! They do what they say they will do.

Even on the day they were meant to come over to give us an estimate not only did they call to tell us they would be 10 minutes late (much appreciated but honestly I wouldn't have even noticed), after walking around the house, asking some questions on exactly what we wanted to do they were able to come back with a fully detailed and printed estimate on the spot for us to review. We had gotten some quotes from other painters and none were this organized so we knew the job would be done well and efficiently (and it was). They took great care when scraping and making sure to remove ALL the paint chips (it looked like a haz mat site for a few days : ) The entire job (scraping, priming and painting) took less than a week even with a few afternoons of rain. Tyler was extremely helpful in picking out color schemes (who knew there were SO many shades of white?!) and we could not be happier with where we ended up. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My garage door overhead cable snapped…read moreFriday evening after parking my car in my garage. After several failed attempts to manually open the garage door to get my car out, I went into panic mode. Seeing that Overhead Door Co (the company I have always used) was closed and would not open until Monday morning, I just cut my losses for the weekend. On Saturday, I was out with a friend and happened to pass by Limoge & Sons. After a quick google search I saw they offered 24/7 emergency services. I gave them a call and the dispatcher couldn't have been any nicer, she got my number and told me a technician would be in touch with me. Within minutes a technician, who also couldn't have been nicer, gave me a call and went over all of my options: said someone could absolutely come over the weekend and quoted me an emergency service visit, he also offered for someone to come on Monday and quoted me a regular visit (both options seemed very financially feasible, in my opinion). I opted to wait until Monday-- yet another friendly employee called around 11am to see if it was a good time to come, got here around 11:20, assessed and explained the issue, fixed the problem and was done within 20 minutes. I am so impressed with how friendly everyone I dealt with was, how speedy the service was, and how inexpensive everything was. Also provided a wonderful opportunity to support a local business! If I ever have another issue with my garage door Limoge & Sons will be the first call I make-- I will also be quick to recommend them to others.
