He told me that the the service was $25 per time he mows the lawn. We were interested in a monthly billing and negotiated down to $85 per month. We offered to pay the same rate on the winter when the grass does not grow and no mowing is necessary to ensure the same low rate $85 per month for weekly mowing. In the winter he came every 2 weeks which is expected because the grass does not grow. Bu throughout the spring and now into the summer her kept only coming every 2 weeks. So instead of our negotiated $21.25 per mow he was charging me $42.50 per mow. I called him to discuss it and his explanation was that it is actually more work for him to let my lawn get tall and unruly then mow it every 2 weeks instead. He said I could feel free to cancel at any time. That is exactly what I did, and so should you. You should find a neighborhood Kid to mow your lawn. The kid is less likely to rip you off. If you wand a mediocre lawn care service and a high potential of getting ripped off I highly suggest this company.

Four guys came out of the truck at 3 PM on a 95-degree day with energy and positive looks on their faces that I could never have anticipated. One guy mowing the back, one in front, one with the edger, and one with the blower. After getting a letter from the HOA about the dead spots in the yard, I realized it was time to find a new company. I decided to give Pestology a try. I spoke with Mr. Joseph Walker. I described the issue and asked if he thought that Pestology could correct it. He drove to my home and assured me they could fix the issue. I also learned that if I set up auto-pay, the first month would be free. They were hired. About a week later, Bryan came to treat the lawn. Bryan is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He started with the dead spots in the grass. In the problem area, he put a high-quality dirt mix. This was above and beyond what I expected. Bryan treated the problem area and the rest of the yard with a liquid and granual fertilizer. He also treated the weeds that were starting in the dead areas. Bryan followed up 2 weeks after the initial treatment to check the change. The yard looked better than the work the previous company tried for over a year to do. The change has been incredible. At the 2 week recheck, he treated the yard again. In another 2 weeks, we are going to get the regular lawn treatment. The grass is now a dark green color. I can't believe what an improvement there has been with my lawn because of Pestology. I could not recommend them more highly. They fix problems and follow-up!!!
