He is very condescending, even to his assistant. Before he did the job, he told me that my table was beautiful. When he brought it back the first words were, "You gotta see the beautiful work!" But when it came to him explaining that what could be done to make the surface match the shine to the rest of my set, he called my table "junk and all screwed up when I picked it up" and that he made it better. Then when he was about to leave I asked him so what can I do to add the shine back? Only then did he tell me about Oz polish and that I should buy it if I want it to match the other pieces.
