I saw a big "A" frame sign on transit road yesterday, advertising Easter Candy, and on top of it a big "OPEN" additional sign. Cars along with me were pulling in off busy Transit Road only to find it was CLOSED! A mess could be seen through the windows and a sight on the window saying open March 10 th. How dumb could they be. what a turn off. I will never go back and would be happy to go somewhere else to get my Easter candy. Dumb, just plain dumb! read more

I placed an online order January 29, 2022 that included 2 bags of sponge candy. The sponge candy was missing from the shipment. I emailed Niagara Candy several times asking for status of sponge candy and Niagara Candy was unresponsive. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund since Niagara Candy never acknowledged or responded to my emails. read more
