There is never a good time to have a catastrophic failure with your vehicle, especially when your most recent ex-wife made your credit score head into the toilet...and being a single dad. My local credit union (a member of 14 years) wouldn't return my calls....however in searching for a buy here, pay here place I was fortunate to find Supreme. I was blunt about what I needed and what I could afford. We found a good used car with reasonable miles for the year. Nothing fancy (well it does have heated seats) just needed a grocery getter and to get to work. After I was easily approved by a finance company they work with, yeah high interest, but I was over a barrel with no options (other than begging family...) Very soon after my purchase there was an issue (kinda major) with my car, not gonna go into the details on make, model or issue. It is still a 14 year old car. Bottom line is, they stood behind the car they sold me and took great care of me. I was patient, yeah not thrilled, but hey $h!t happens. Now it did take a bit to get the issue resolved since it was an intermittent issue. But I'm confident it is now fixed. I rarely write reviews or make recommendations but there are exceptions and Supreme Cars & truck IS the exception. I cannot express enough on how wonderful my experience was with Jeff, Shawn & Bob. I got a vehicle that had very high mileage on it and I paid a high monthly payment on it for almost four years, and by the time the loan was almost paid off the vehicle was worthless. That being said, Shawn was friendly, helpful and accommodating, and up until the last time I got my vehicle repaired there I was quite pleased with what I was charged for repairs. Shawn also worked with me on repairs that were covered by my warranty and treated me fairly. The result of buying a car from this business and making my payments on time was greatly improved credit. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is in dire need of a vehicle and has lousy credit. They will help you out.

I will never go to this dealership for ANYTHING ever again. The business here is lower than low. I…read moretraded in my car a beautiful well taken care 2012 hyundai veloster + $2500 down for a beautiful laser blue 2013 hyundai veloster turbo. This was quite the upgrade for me. They told me it was in excellent condition .. They gave me a warranty on mechanical for 30 days... Well the day I drove it off the lot, I noticed a crack in the windshield and my rear window washer was leaking, I fixed the window washer leak. I called and visited the dealership and they told me they already fixed. Complete lie because when I went to have it looked at by Portland glass that was determined to be untrue, they just filled it in with some crappy epoxy. Then at day 35 I started having engine misfiring. Turned out I had bad plugs and coil packs which I replaced (150 bucks or so) then things got real bad when at day 45 the turbocharger blew on my way home. The dealer refused to pay to have it fixed. So I paid $2230 to have it fixed. Then 3 weeks later my engine blew. Cylinder 3 threw a rod right through the base of the engine block. Since I can't trade it or sell it in its condition I have no choice but to pay $5k to repair this car yet again. I was screwed big time by them, they refused to help me and be accountable in any way, they even ignored my calls and neglected to return my calls. Even my bank tried to reason and nothing. This business is horrible. Way to drain someone financially and not care at all (By the way they sold it to me with a leaking oil pan and there was practically 2.5 quarts of oil in the motor when they said it was freshly changed and full , (the oil was black and almost sludge when I changed it.) I have pictures of everything.  Feel free to message me and I'll show you :)

To us, the thought of dealing with the sales people, the sales managers, the back-and-forth ... it's just exhausting. We were looking for a third car, and of course, our search began on-line. We did end up looking at several cars and trucks in person, both at dealers and for sale by owner. We saw several that interested us at Phillips Auto Sales in Chichester, NH, which is about an hour from us. We decided to go and check them out. Each of the three cars (SUV's and Vans) we looked at were all in great shape and appeared as the online ad depicted, unlike several of the ones we had seen at other dealers. We test drove the one we liked the best, and worked out a price with the owner of the company, Mike. No pressure there. Mike is an honest guy, and he and his father have owned this business for 40 years. I think they've been doing something right. When we picked up the car, it was spotless, and had a full tank of gas, and a new inspection sticker. Little things mean a lot. I will be referring Phillips Auto Sales to family and friends looking for a used car. You cannot beat the service or selection.

I immediately thought of Grappone. When I called, I tried to explain the story. I explained that I wanted to come in that day, look quickly at my car to tell me if I had any options, and that I would like to buy a car that day if I did not have any options. I was transferred to the service department. Before I even finished speaking the bored, uninspired woman on the other end told me there were no appointments until the following Thursday. Taken aback, I tried to explain my situation again. She couldn't have cared less. Frustrated that she didn't understand, I hung up the phone and asked my mechanic what to do. He said to call AutoFair in Manchester. They took me in immediately and told me my IMA system had failed. They were gracious and kind when they told me how much it would be to fix. I made the decision to buy a car the next day from them. I bought a 2021 Honda HRV. I'm writing because I am totally baffled that you literally refused to help me in this situation. I told the woman I was planning to buy a car if my old one was too expensive to fix. Grappone pretty much refused the sale!! To make matters worse, I randomly kept getting messages that a service appointment had been scheduled for me tomorrow, June 27. I kept trying to cancel it, but no luck. I am deeply disappointed and honestly confused by your dealership, and won't be able to forget this. I live in Connecticut now, but I'm in New Hampshire all the time. I will be telling as many people as possible how your dealership refused to help me, then had the GALL to schedule a service appointment. It was clear the person on the other end wasn't even listening to me in my hour of need. If I were management, I would want to know this happened. I will also be posting it on your reviews. Thank you.
