The entire process was pleasant, from making the initial appointment to the office staff and especially Dr Burton. They were all very kind and patient with me while being super informative about what was wrong and what needed to happen to get me back in shape. I am super happy I chose Dr Burton and could not be more satisfied with how the procedure went. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and caring. I have honestly never met an office manager who were as personable and wonderful as she was. Dr Burton took the time to thoroughly explain the entire procedure and personally walked each of my daughters through the process at their separate individual appointments. He made them feel comfortable, reassured, and truly cared for. You can tell he treats his patients with professionalism and kindness. The nurse started in with what I perceived as a attitude that I was wasting the nurses time. Then the nurse proceeded to role her eyes and treat me as though I was inconveniencing her. I had X-Ray and received some medicine. My belief is that Nurses are God sent and maybe she had a bad. Perhaps she may like to find a different profession if she doesn't want to deal with patients.
