If you want something fresh and quick or to go, this is a good place to go. If you are eating in, you don't pay until after you are done eating. We stood at the counter like dummys trying to pay while everyone sitting looked at us like we were aliens. We paid and sat to eat and saw that after people were done they went to pay. Ok, sorry we didn't get the memo lol! We enjoyed the food. Later a lady came to do the orders for people in line and she was loud, rough and demanding... so possibly where people are complaining about the bad service?
