These guys ripped off my grandmother. Came to her house on their "special" $60 inspection and cleaning deal. They were completely unprofessional. They forgot a mirror and had to use my nan's makeup mirror to lazily check up the chimney. Then they refused to go on the roof because of the slant due to "insurance reasons" (it's not a steep roof whatsoever). However, from their crude mirror check and eyeballing it without going on the roof to check, they deemed the chimney didn't need a cleaning. When my nan insisted that it hadn't been cleaned in 20+ years and there was no way it didn't need a cleaning, they assured her it didn't, took their $60 and left. When my nan tried to phone the sales agent, Fred, she had set the whole ordeal up with he didn't answer her call. In fact, at the number on their business card they actually claimed she had the wrong number and gave her a number to call. The number wasn't registered. Upon calling the number on the card again-- on a different phone-- they answered as if it was NFLD chimney sweeps. These guys are scammers. Don't give them your business. read more
