Unfortunately for the "Reid" family it was more of a nightmare than a dream. The only bright spot…read moreduring the entire transaction was working with Ashley. This was after we asked Linda to politely step aside as she was making poor judgment calls from over pricing the home, to losing deals, to causing damage to our property under her company's care, and NOT following through with specific questions we asked in regard to The Saginaw Valley Realtors Assoc. This was on top of NOT properly vetting buyers through the complete process, Linda seems like she is no longer in the game and probably should be put out to pasture. After accepting deal upon deal we were assured the home would be sold within a month or so....or maybe two or 3? Finally closed in August. After WE HAD to procure all the paperwork from the buyers lender, filled everything out in a rush, sent overnight express for them to show up right after the package arrived to sign their portions,,,Leaving my family at the closing table at 3pm with no representation. Buyers showed up as well as their realtor and my family...NO "Dream Team" in sight. Received a nice "Text" "Thank You"....Very unprofessional. Would not recommend unless your home is over 500k...That's what seems to garner the attention they give service to, We were small change to them. That's how we felt.
