WARNING-- DO NOT BOOK FOR TENT RENTALS!! I booked with party time rentals for my wedding on…read moreDecember 2nd 2023. I paid 3k for a sailcloth tent 44'x63'. When we booked the tent we were told we would have a morning delivery. On the day of delivery they did not arrive until 1pm, the crew took about 2 hours to measure where the tent would go. Finally they brought the cloth of the tent out to set up, come to find out they are missing half of tent... they called their branch and we're told that the other half would be there in one hour. 1 1/2 hours goes by and the truck finally shows up but he goes to the wrong address, backs up into a fence and almost ran over a 20k horse. The owner of the house called the police but we did not have time to wait since it was almost dark. My dad had to go with our sxs to take the tent off of the truck OURSELVES to get it over to the right property. The driver of the truck reeked of weed and was not being helpful at all. We requested to speak to a supervisor multiple times on the phone but we're always told we'd get a call back, NEVER DID. The only reason the tent was eventually put up is because MY family had to physically bring the tent to the workers.I was not going to leave a review but since we have not heard back in over a month and did not receive any type of reimbursement for our $3,000 tent that was not put up in contracted terms I had to. Long story short, DO NOT BOOK- ESPECIALLY FOR YOUR WEDDING, WAY MORE ADDED STRESS THAT COULD OF BEEN AVOIDED!!!

We really appreciate all the advice and guidance Jackie at Party Time Rentals gave us throughout…read moreour wedding planning process. She was a breeze to work with! Many times in planning, we would be discussing something and whether we should give more direction or input, and we'd end up saying "I trust Jackie," or "Jackie's got this." Throughout the night of the reception, each of us heard separately from our guests about how beautiful the room and tables looked. We recognize and are so grateful for how hard to worked to find solutions for us, we cannot thank Jackie and Party Time enough! They are high end, and you get what you pay for. Our expectations were far exceeded, and we were so pleased with their results. Jackie took our concept and made it even better in reality!

Meaning he did NOT bring it already made in warming containers. He provided a lot of options for me to choose from and was easy to communicate with. He also accommodated my one guest who has many food allergies. Jennifer paid attention to details not only replenishing the food, and tidying up after the guests, but helped with the little things, like lighting the table candles, helping the bartender put up her birthday banner, etc. I had 40 guests and they all raved about the delicious food. And at the end, they cleaned up the kitchen even mopping the floor. I will definitely hire them again.

This place is a gem for a delicious 5-star dining experience. My husband made a reservation in case the 4th of July was busy but we were glad to be one of two groups dining around 3pm. Greeted and seated almost immediately. We had a friendly and polite lady server (Chastity). We ordered garlic cheese bread, chai tea latte, matcha latte, filet mignon well done, braised rib, and ribeye medium well. While we waited for our food, we were looking at the art on the walls - a lot of interesting pieces from a local gallery. The teas and garlic cheese bread arrived around 5 minutes later. The cheese on the garlic bread was exceptionally good, very smooth. The teas were strong, and thankfully not super small like other places. The entrees arrived about 20 minutes after the bread which gave us time to catch up and talk. My husband's filet mignon was just to his liking, well done so zero pink and the mashed potatoes were done well. My braised rib was exactly like the waitress description of a very soft roast beef / beef brisket. My FIL's ribeye was to his liking and he finished it, which was rare. All in all an terrific choice for family lunch. Total was about $185, excluding a generous tip. We would come back for a date here :)

Upon sitting down, we struck up a conversation with a couple who were waiting on two other couples. They apparently have a standing "breakfast date" at Live Fire every Sunday morning. My wife ordered an omelet served with breakfast potatoes and artisan bread and I ordered a classic breakfast with scrambled eggs, potatoes and artisan bread. Breakfast was very good. What stood out to us was how fluffy the eggs were and how savory both the potatoes and artisan bread were. All we could think was how this feels like breakfast elevated to another level...not the usual breakfast fare. We will surely be back and perhaps try their lunch and dinner offerings the next time we're back.
