We recently had the pleasure of working with Next Level Property Solutions for a retaining wall project in our backyard, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.
First and foremost, their pricing was fair and transparent, providing us with an honest and detailed estimate upfront. Their hardworking team demonstrated a remarkable work ethic, consistently showing up on time and giving their best effort every day. Despite the demanding nature of the project, they maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor, making the entire process enjoyable.
Communication was stellar throughout the project. They kept us informed at every stage, ensuring that we understood the progress and any potential challenges. We were particularly impressed with how tidy they kept the worksite, leaving our yard spotless at the end of each day.
Next Level Property Solutions stood out for their honesty in presenting various options and solutions. They took the time to explain each one, helping us make informed decisions that best suited our needs and budget. Their ability to think outside the box resulted in creative and effective solutions that we hadn't even considered.
Their expertise extends beyond just building retaining walls. They handled every aspect of the job with proficiency, including hardscaping, land preparation, lawn work, and drainage. This comprehensive skill set ensured that all elements of the project were seamlessly integrated and completed to the highest standard.
On a personal note, we greatly appreciated how they tolerated and even enjoyed our crazy dogs, saying hello to them every day and even helping us come up with a temporary fencing solution while the project was being completed. It's clear that Next Level Property Solutions cares about their clients and their pets.
In summary, we wholeheartedly recommend Next Level Property Solutions. Their fair pricing, hardworking and friendly team, excellent communication, and tidy work habits, combined with their honesty, creativity, and comprehensive skills, make them the ideal choice for any landscaping project.
