Recently, Lorraine informed us that she had lost the lease to the contracted venue due to issues with other building tenants. At first, she suggested an alternative location, which we agreed to. Weeks later, she would not confirm the arrangements at that location and then attempted to force us to hold our reception at another venue in a different city, several miles farther away from the original location, without our approval. We rightfully declined and requested a refund of our deposit. She refused, claiming in email, it is within her rights to move or transfer the venue to any place legally based on her DBA. After consulting an attorney, we have been advised she is in breach of contract, as the original location was a material and central part of the contract. She should not be able to move the location without consent from her clients - namely us. In our opinion, this business practice is unethical, unprofessional, and deeply unfair to anyone who trusts her with their special events. We caution anyone considering this company to think twice and protect yourself by consulting an attorney before signing anything to avoid being faced with a similar situation. We are sharing our experience so that others are fully informed before making such an important decision. We all deserve better than to be strung along, displaced, and denied refunds when a vendor cannot deliver the contracted service.

We held the party on May 21, 2022, at your establishment, Stefanni Events. First and foremost, Yelitza, the lady taken care of us was completely unprofessional and rude. Yelitza, misspelled our daughters name when she gave it to the gentlemen doing the photo booth. The main doors for our guest to enter from broke off the hinges. Yelitza came out and at first tried to blame it on us. She quickly changed her tune when she arrived on scene and saw that no one at the party was capable of breaking the door. There was also a leak on the dance floor. My wife and I placed a garbage can underneath the leak. When Yelitza arrived, she removed the garbage can and the floor was wet. Making it a hazard for our guest and myself being a disabled veteran. It was a great inconvenience for our guest to move about the facilities due to the front entrance being closed off by her with no attempt to repair the door. Our quest had to use a side door that was slippery due to the rain. Yelitza has yet to respond to any of our emails, texts or phone calls. The grounds are kept meticulous by workers and all of it is so quality and nice. Everyone we worked with from the Adams Estate were also super friendly and helpful.

But you get what you pay for, right? And I am one of those who is very organized so I told them ahead of time I had to have tables rented at a certain time due to us having to put tablecloths on them, clips, centerpieces, one table was going to be used for a huge Willy Wonka party. I paid 50% and they agreed to an 8 am drop off time. I confirmed a week before the party and let them know the party time had moved an hour earlier and they again confirmed the 8 am drop off time. Then two days before the party, I was told the rental company they outsourced wasn't coming until closer to 8:30 am. I panicked and told them we had to have everything arrive no later than that due to 17 tables having to be set up, etc. They ensured me they would and that the rental company was only 15 min's from our house. Day of the party their company came on time and put together a beautiful balloon arch and did candy striped on the outside of our house. So Party Events did their job and like I have told them, I would use them for THEIR stuff they did. However, I wouldn't use them for outsourcing ANYTHING. By 8:50 am, they rental company they outsourced and I was paying a good amount of money for hadn't arrived. I had to walk to the van the event manager was in and ask what was going on. Only then did she call and got a hold of no one. Finally at 9 am Ginger from Party Events told me they were on their way. They got there at 9:15 am, well past the 8 am time I signed on the contact for and then just stood there for over 10 minutes doing nothing. My husband had to actually go in and take tables out of the van to get the ball moving. I had been calling and having my sister bring tables she had from her house in case they didn't show! they didn't even get done until 10 am and the party started at 11 am. So how am I suppose to put together 17 tables including one that's having over a dozen candy jars, a chocolate fountain, a chocolate river and forest, etc in an hour before guests and my son arrive? My son was suppose to be there at 10:45 am to be surprised (surprise party) and I had to call and have him come later. Guests were arriving and I hadn't even gotten dressed yet because I was running around trying to get the tables ready. They only discounted me $99 for the delivery fee and made me still pay the full amount with no compassion as to how they could allow another company be so late and not comply with the agreed upon arrival time? And after my last email and after I paid them asking them how they can make me pay the full amount remaining with only 45 min's to do it all they never responded. So I would recommend using them for your events, but not letting them outsource anyone and also not using the rental company in Clermont. It ruined my experience, my day and the party.
