Everything installed fine and the eSIM worked as soon as I arrived in Europe as expected. I received an email saying I would have to submit passport info to keep the eSIM activated. I did all that online and had no issues. Calls, texts, etc. including to the US all work as expected. The challenge I ran into was trying to extend the time on the SIM, which is valid for 14 days initially. Tried to do it online and Orange Travel site kept telling me it couldn't find my account. I tried to call Orange, but their menu system is entirely in French. I do not speak French well and the system disconnected me. I tried contacting them online. Two days later, someone wrote back to me telling me how to call them - the same line that is French-only. I actually ended up figuring out how to solve my own problem, added time to the eSIM and am continuing to use it. So, the middle-of-the road review is because the eSIM works great. The customer service is absolutely useless. I received an email asking me to write a review of the service. The form was in French, which I translated in my browser, but when I put in all the information, the submit button never activated. Thanks to Google Translate, I wrote them a "glowing" bad review in French and emailed it to them. In short, the eSIM works (if your phone supports one). You can buy it in advance in the US and install it, activating it when you arrive in Europe. It is cheaper than my home service roaming charges. However, IF YOU NEED SUPPORT, I would suggest finding another company or, as some reviewers did, go to the Orange Travel store in person. At least you will be talking to a human who might be able to speak English.

Stay away from this office. They overcharge (Euro4000 tax return fee for a retired couple making…read more$150k/year.). They rarely return phone calls - you can go 3-4-5 months without them calling you back or even emailing you. They disregard the information you submit to their office and simply file the easiest tax form possible. In our case, they completely disregarded the tax-deductible expenses we submitted and file a standard deduction tax form (I guess that was the easiest to do). We had another tax firm submit a revised tax for that year which resulted in over $7500 tax refund. And they only charged Euro600. John Fredenburger should close his business as it borders on being fraudulent.
