I got excellent service and walked out with one bra and another ordered in that actually fit me after trying lots on. They were about $50 a piece, which is what I'd normally pay at La Senza for one that didn't even fit properly. Staff was incredibly helpful with a complete basket case, they didn't pressure me into buying something, and when they didn't have something they admitted it instead of trying to make a sale. Of course, they made it anyway by ordering something in. Needless to say, I'm a huge fan and I'll be coming back here in the future! I'd suggest it for anyone having trouble finding a bra that fits, or even anyone who wants great lingerie at an actually affordable price.

There are of course lots of socks, mittens, blankets, throws, and stuffed sheep. I think they might've had a bit of tea for sale and they also carried Heather Gems from Scotland, a line of jewellery made from dyed and polished heather stems. Prices might look expensive compared to something you'd buy in a big store, but are worth the quality of the items. The staff that I met was wonderful and I loved all of the puns around the shop! Parking is just in front of the building. If you're looking for something more in the vein of a local yarn store, this shop isn't quite that unless you want 100% wool only.

Clothes seemed nice from what I could tell and prices were high, but maybe appropriate for the brands carried here. Above my normal price range & store made me feel claustrophobic.

There are lots of empty…read morestores, empty spaces, and a mostly unhappy looking group of people -- store workers and customers -- inside. The mall is located at a very busy intersection yet apparently not a bunch of passersby come in. The food court is rather gloomy and doesn't encourage stopping for a bite or a drink. We did have a nice experience at the Telus mobile phone store, but we found very little of interest among the usual mall assortment open stores. Bottom line: if you have to go to a mall here, the downtown Confederation Mall is better, which is sort of like saying that getting food poisoning is better than getting the flu. Oh well...

You can walk around in the mall for seemingly ages and it feels really empty for such a large place. The stores seem widely interspersed, and few of them offer anything of value... And when they do the prices tend to be high. The food court sucks. It looks like nothing has changed there since the 80s and has an anemic assortment of dining options.. Personally I wouldn't eat anything there. I ordered a bubble tea at the Korean place once, and it was pretty gross. The parking lot is a bit of a mess, a bunch of accidents just waiting to happen. To sum it up, I wouldn't really recommend going there unless one of the stores carries something you specifically need.
