This is a review of Newwave Communications Cable Television service. Comcast turned this area over to Newwave about 5 years ago, and the service is the worst I've ever experienced. I have had Time Warner, Dish, Direct TV, and didn't have any major issues with these companies...then Newwave came along, and the service has been dismal at best....always the same issue, the screen freezes on every channel but a couple of local stations. If it's not frozen, the digital imaging breaks up. This has been an on going problem from the beginning. In the realm of the Electronic Communications Industry, some profits need to go into upgrades and maintenance....If they can't get the system up and keep it running, then get out of the business ! They want customers to "bundle", ie: television, phone, and internet, and they can't even keep cable up and running. The banks, and businesses in town bundled services with Newwave and their systems are down, as of yesterday evening and today. Here we are in the 21st Century, and it's like we've regressed back in time to the very beginning of this technology...sorry service all around. read more
