They are paying close attention to what classes people like and when they like them so that they can give people the best experience. They are always welcoming when I come in. The classes are well thought out and good. They have 3 sets of packages - unlimited, 8 and 4 classes. Due to my work schedule, I choose the 4 pack. Will keep my membership going.

Second I walked in 6min after the hour and was told someone on the waitlist took my spot although I checked in through the app. Are people waiting in the studio to see if someone doesn't show up is that how the "waitlist" works. Does not make sense. Third I scheduled a class at 5am for the instructor NOT to show up. All I got was a credit refunded. Surely I could've stayed for todays class being that your own instructor didn't show up a few weeks ago.

She always greets me by name with a smile and that little gesture means a lot . The previous manager rarely even acknowledged me. Holly is friendly, informative and clearly passionate about this place. You can tell she truly cares a lot about the studio and its success. BEWARE! I have cancelled repeatedly via many different methods yet the studio continues to debit my…read moreaccounts. I have placed stop payments & am currently disputing with my bank. Recently the studio emailed a picture of a person claiming it was me to my bank stating I entered the facility. It was not me. I was actually on an airplane that day. I am receiving threatening text messages at late hours on Sunday evenings. My bank has now advised me that this is going to become a criminal matter as HOTWORX provided fraudulent information. I have called the studio in hopes of reaching the owner yet, no call back yet. AVOID THIS STUDIO!! There is another one in Corpus with a really nice owner.
