Its new facelift this year really has improved it, giving it a fresh breath of life into the store. I really used to love Toys R Us as a child, I was only allowed to visit once or twice a year to get christmas and birthday and I loved going round with all the toys. As an adults toys and games still have they're appeal but to me Toys R Us has lost it, catering for cheap quality imported toys to sell easily and it really does annoy me. And the prices aren't competitive at all. Still good for board games and often has 3 for 2 on different brands.

There is easy parking and the store is really easy to navigate. Staff are friendly and helpful and are also very informative on the products on offer. They also seem to not have everything in stock and tend to sell out of all the newest and most wanted toys so quickly and take ages to get stock back in.

The clothes for men are very good, and good value. However the clothes for women can sometimes be quite hit and miss in terms of style, but you can normally find good accessories like hats and scarfs. They don't seem to cater for a wide market in terms of clothing. At the back of the store there are a few homewares etc, but nothing remarkable. The staff are friendly and efficient, but there is normally only a couple on the tills and none wandering around the store helping you.
